I have two children in perimeter and I feel like. They have help my children feel they are truly worth living they have got them on the right meds but I do believe the communication could be better between the staff
If it was possible I’d give 0 stars. I was here for a couple days. They wouldn’t give me any pads so I had to use toilet paper. The other kids also told me they had the same problems. Not only that I eventually sat in my own bloody clothes and they refused to let me take a shower. They ate fast food in front of the kids, wouldn’t tell me what medicine I was taking and said if I didn’t take it they’d make me stay longer, got in trouble for crying, told me if I kept crying I wouldn’t be allowed to see my family, and played on their phones the whole time, and when I was allowed to call my mother and tell her everything they were doing they ended the phone call so i wasn’t allowed to get help from home. I had already been in the hospital before and I had given too much blood so my arms hurt and they told me if I refused to give them blood they’d add 2 weeks to my stay. It took me months to get over this and I had to go get actual professional therapy to help me.
The staff was very welcoming when took photos here recently. Would recommend!!!
My family recent experience here was good. I feel like the staff really tried to help us.
I had the opportunity to interact with the New CEO and she was very pleasant. She responded appropriately about a mutual patient and promptly addressed my issue.
My child was recently discharged from here, and I was very pleased with the outcome.
The Staff has been very nice and very friendly whether I called or came in person. It makes you feel at ease knowing your child is around nice people.
I have written this review previously but I assume it was taken down. We have a very poor experience here both times my daughter was admitted here. Specifically Dr. Huynh told my daughter, who has RAD, that she would be put back up for adoption (totally not true) she then lied to me about it however all of her colleagues backed up that she did say that. I confronted her and she was very rude and continued to lie. I came and got my daughter from the facility and reported the Dr to the state medical board. The ceo of perimeter was very nice and said he would address this with the doctor as well. As long as this terrible woman is here I wouldn’t send my dog here!
