WV Birth to Three

I feel like just a #. It bothers me that we are nothing more than appointment. Then on to the next. With this type of work I understand you can't always be on time. You have to drive and go home to home. It's all understandable. I realized today that this is dhhr and i expected so much more.

Disorganized and continuously asking to reschedule or telling me that they’re going to be late and when you complain about it, they just request to not come see you. We’ve had services for about two months and of that two months we have barely been seen. This program needs a revamp.

So far so good. I look 4ward to this program for my son.

They failed my son when he grew out of the program they said he didn't need further speech even tho I told them that he still did and still does my concerns didn't matter. The staff are sweet but in my honest opinion they don't really help they just come over and play with some toy with your kid which didn't really help with his speech. Thankfully he started school and was evaluated at school and they noticed his speech delay and was able to receive speech therapy through school. Birth to three was just a waste of time.

If you’re looking for a company that values clear communication, organization, and respect for your children, this is not the place for you. From the start, it’s evident that there’s a complete lack of structure—schedules change without notice, staff seem uninformed, and getting a straight answer is nearly impossible. Beyond the chaos, what’s most frustrating is the way they treat the children—as if they’re nothing more than a cheap afterthought, much like a $1 snack from a gas station. There’s no real care, no personal attention, and certainly no effort to make them feel valued. It’s clear that efficiency and profit come before actual well-being. If you want an experience filled with confusion, frustration, and disappointment, then by all means, give them a try. Otherwise, I’d strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

The only communication is no or miscommunication, my family had to chase down and call this inept company so many times to get an initial evaluation done. Their turnover rate has been awful and when someone new gets your case no documentation or handoff happens or they don’t check the records to see where you are in the process. Be prepared to play phone tag for months and receive no help. They are HORRIBLE.
