WVU Medicine Rehabilitation Services

The staff here is amazing. Morgan has been extremely helpful in the rehabilitation of my shoulder. She was just the right amount of encouragement and support. When I started therapy I was in constant pain, had limited range of motion, weakness and failure points when lifting light objects. By the time we were finished my bad days are better than my best days before I had started PT. I still have some minor lingering aches and pains and general overall stiffness and soreness, but it is very mild and easily managed with the at home plan I received.I cant say enough good things about her. I was also treated by Kelly and Brittny when my schedule didn't align with Morgan's availability. They were great as well. The entire staff is very supportive and you can tell they are what they love. Doing the work required to rehab an injury isn't really fun or something we look forward to, but the people here make it a fun and enjoyable experience. I am blessed to have had their help.

I have PT, OT, and SPEECH and all the therapists are amazing and treat me so good. They all are working me hard and I with their guidance I am going to become the woman I was before I had the fall and brain bleed and will become even stronger!!! I truly believe this!!! 😊

I had my first therapy session and it was great!!!!

Kesha and Lauren are wonderful. After one session I feel a lot of relief. Positive and caring attitudes. Front staff super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place for physical therapy.

For the first time in years, I can stretch out my right hand crippled by Rheumatoid Arthritis since 2010 thanks to Michael's expertise. Michael actually improved my hand's Range of Motion almost immediately with precise, custom exercises for my severely affected right hand. Next visit, he made a customized hand brace for me in the office with even more precise exercises to use while wearing my new custom hand brace -- which he didn't charge me for! Michael additionally helped me with exercises for my neck which is in severe pain from years of R.A. Again, Michael gave me precise exercises to stretch out my neck and alleviate constant pain and "electric eel feeling zingers" shooting from my neck's pinched nerve. Michael is a Godsend!

This has been a good experience. Every instructor is top notch. I have learned so much. The staff is encouraging and helpful. I was so afraid of the treadmill, but they kept close and started me out slow. Everyone claps when you have a major accomplishment. At least major to you.
