I really had high hopes here because the initial interactions were so positive and the interview process was so thorough. Instead it was unfortunately quite a disappointment. My sons counselor promised things that weren't fulfilled and in the end offered to transfer us to someone closer to our home. Instead of transferring us she dropped our case completely when I only called to cancel the remaining appointments since we were transferring anyhow. Now I am having to start from scratch. Extremely unprofessional
