I went here and I made some good friends but that food was not the most appealing thing. Some of the staff were amazing (Steve, Megan and Misti) but others were not the greatest at communicating and making relationships with the patients including myself (McKayla) but overall decent experience I got the help I needed the time there was too long tho 1/2 months is absurd for someone that didn’t have that bad of behavior/mental issues. Would recommend P.S shout out Steve

WBI has turned into a money making factory. The care is not existent. In 10 days I did not see a therapist.

I was a patient on Pathways and I just got discharged this last Friday. Overall it was a pretty good stay. However the food made me so fat lol. And there was a couple staff I didn't care for at all but for the most part it was a good 4 months. Staying here also helped me gain new and better coping skills ☺️

My mom was admitted to the ER then taken to WBI. We had one family meeting. Therapist was great! However the communication after was minimal. I asked about a medication my mom had been on that wasn't on her med list at wbi. It was never looked into or given to her.

A family member recently utilized the services of WBI and I cannot express how great our experience was. Not only was she cared for with so much compassion, but I was invited for a family session with my loved one within just a few days. It was such a beneficial experience for us both and I am so happy with the path that WBI paved for my family member. The staff was caring, considerate and made her feel so valued.

Some of the staff was really nice and I appreciate that and they did help me detox because that's what I went there for, but I do have some complaints. It was really hard to sleep because the door to the rec room or activity room door slams really loud and the door kept slamming. Plus the loud speaker that I kept hearing didn't help. It was just noisy and loud and when you're trying to detox all you want to do is sleep it off and I couldn't. Plus I did voluntary decided to go and the doctor that I face timed with told me he could hold me against my will and I'm not minor, I am an adult and I don't think that's right. I was fine when I got home and I ended up being okay. They did let me go thankgoodness! But yes I ended up being fine when I got home and I'm still doing okay. I haven't drank since I left and I'm sober and still have my job which I'm happy about.

I was in Pathways between February to May of 2023, my main complaint is the lack of medical attention. I had caught Covid-19 and they refused to treat or quarantine me which lead to me developing postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome a condition that does not have a cure and I'll have to live with the rest of my life because the medical staff are to lazy too fill out some paperwork. I've also seen other people have epileptic seizures while the medical staff stood by and ignored them. MHW often break confidentiality and have unhealthy bonds/relationships with patients. I would give this place no stars if it was an option
