I had to miss an appointment due to being severely sick. They are very happy to charge you $200 for this. They also do not provide telehealth. My therapist was Andrea. Maybe the other two are more understanding.

By far the best therapist that I have ever seen. I have been seeing Augusta for a list of ongoing personal issues that finally came to a head at the start of 2022. Four months later and I feel like a different person. I still have things to work on, but the faith based care that the clinic offers is unlike any I've ever seen. Their ability to not only get to the root cause of the issue, but to truly equip you for success moving forward is amazing.
I talked on the phone with Brian Edwards to inquire about help for my brother-in-law who is a cutter and he was so patient and helpful. He gave great tips on who he should see and even told me a little bit about himself as a counselor. Heck! Maybe one day my husband and I will go to him for counselling. This guy is awesome and loves what he does.
