My second time experiencing this with an building employee the Frist floor maintenance man told me to move over there towards the front door entrance i move back toward the carpet area so maintenance can mop the floor better but that wasn't good enough for him I told maintenance am with a special needs person, and it's too cold to stand there he got mad. The other two doorman employee show up after both didn't see or hear what happened between me and maintenance from the start I come here often don't know if he's just picking on me or he doesn't like special needs persons This location 175 Ramsen st. I repeat this is my second time experiencing this. This review have nothing to do with YAI only with the first floor maintenance employee. It is frustrating when a company fails to meet expectations, and hope treeline or building management address the issue I give permission for anyone to contact me about this matter.

I do not recommend Dr Lauren at all I'm noticing every other parent in the center gets updates after their children's sessions but meanwhile I'm not getting updated since the first day that we met she's not responding to my text messages and calls when I ask about an update about my child's sessions. Every time we do meet with her she's constantly analyzing every little thing I do like when I talk with my hands she's constantly asking me the same question that I already gave her an answer to Is like as if she's investigating me and I don't feel comfortable because this is not normal coming from a therapist my own therapist doesn't even do this to me neither does his psychiatrist and his past that psychiatrist. I don't know what her problem is but I'm definitely having him switch to a different therapist ASAP. She did the same thing this week

I found this doctor's office after recently moving to the city via a Google search. I needed to have my annual physical and blood work so I figured any doctor would do the trick. Went in, got checked out, blood drawn, etc. not a problem. I received a scheduled call about a week later and the doctor read me my results over the phone/zoom link. The call took at most 10 minutes. Three months later I received a bill for that phone call in the amount of $97.02. NINETY SEVEN DOLLARS AND TWO CENTS. For a call that most doctors would do as a courtesy. I understand that this is what was due after my deductible, but it felt, at best, deceitful to charge that amount of money to tell me my cholesterol is slightly elevated. After complaining and pleading my case with the billing department I ended up paying the bill. I had time to spare and can be petty so I wanted to do what I could to advocate for myself. According to their mission statement on YAI's website they are a, quote: "YAI and its network of affiliate agencies offer children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities a comprehensive range of services." YAI is committed to seeing beyond disability, providing opportunities for people to live, love, work, and learn in their communities." I find it absolutely disgusting that a doctor's office that specifically caters to the disabled and their caretakers have billing practice like this. Being a caretaker is a full time job and caring for your loved ones is non-negotiable. Caretakers and their families could just as easily be charged for a seemingly inconsequential call. Some may not have the luxury of time to contest such a charge. Therefore they would just have to pay for a, frankly, BS doctor's bill. For someone that isn't disabled and has time, this is an inconvenience. For someone who cares for someone that needs 24/7 care, this is predatory. Please read your own homepage YAI and make sure you take care of your patients instead of potentially exploiting them for a quick buck.
