Last time in psych er was much better! Get to wear own clothes. Very nice staff! Inpatient Dr Ostertag (sp) (psychiatrist) said “it’s all in your head!” Thanks Doctor Ostertag!

Dr. Reyes is the worst! If you do not agree with her diagnosis, she will threaten you with a hearing. If you do not agree with her diagnosis, she will not discharge you. If you do not agree with her diagnosis, she will call you delusional.

Doctor threatened to lock my sister up in there if she didn’t give him a smile. Male nurse threatened to lay his hands on her too💔

I had to beg for water for over 10 hours because the staff could not be bothered to get up or get off their phones

The hospital has changed from our original visit. Forced ECT, lack of staff, lack of services, meds, meds, meds, social workers who don’t advocate for your family member. I’m not sure what has happened here there! But- I tell everyone I know to take family members to St. Vincent’s instead. Much better care.

Pls never come here as it will cause you more trauma I felt as if I was getting punished for being sad sometimes. Quit time makes you “reflect” on why you’re there and quit frankly being the most miserable time there. They make you sleep on gym mats give you like a towel to sleep with as a blanket and a cold depressing room to sleep in. The people there are dangerously aggressive they will hit people with chairs and break out into fights 24/7 and makes people feel worse. Lastly the he staff could care less about you and your feelings they make you feel like your feelings aren’t valid and that your like an alien who is getting punished for feeling bad about life

they're abusive. the doctors don't care about their job or their patients. they diagnose you within 2 minutes of meeting you and they don't listen to you about your needs. you spend days in isolation rotting in a bed, bland walls falling apart, no windows, no air in a tiny room that looks like an abandoned hospital. they force these false diagnoses on you calling you delusional and incapable of understanding yourself. the nurses are mean. christi was extremely mean dont trust her. she called me delusional and manipulative and said I was too sick to understand myself so my abusers had to do it for me. never go here.
