I was not expecting to leave a bad review for this place! But I have never experienced having to deal with a bunch of Liars and having such a distasteful experience! I meet this ppl to put my son thru this center, first they told me approval would last 2 weeks max, they took the insurance made us wait for 2.5 months to start with insurance excuses , even though they forget that I get the same paperwork from insurance for service approvals as they do, and insurance had approved long time ago! We go thru assessment we go thru meetings and lots of questionairs that I had to fill out!! Lost of emails back and forth trying to realize why everyone is giving me different excuses . I specifically asked the boss of this place’s, very very specifically bcz I noticed sooo many red flags! Do you have a staffing issue? She said no , I again asked - do you have any other problems that would prolong the starting process if insurance approved it tomorrow, she said nope, once insurance approves it we are good to go. Ok I get a bunch of emails that we can start, I get called from the boss and other ppl to start! I get a report on the email with my sons school schedule and aba schedule And when I go in person they refused to take my son , with many excuses, when one excuse wasn’t good enough they would make up another one! Once they refused service bcz we don’t have staffing, then I told them that I was told by their boss they do have staffing! After this excuses change into “we were under the impression that he would come here during the day” You literally send me a report where my sons school schedule is in there and you know Dam well that I requested after school hours, how can you be under the impression that i would bring him during his school time?! How ?! I know that you will reply to this review with some other lie Why call me to start when you don’t want my son there ? Why put me through all the approval steps when you going to tell me he’s too young to be at the center as if you didn’t see him in person that he’s a 3 year old ? Just absolutely the most unbelievable experience ever! I lost even my at home aba thinking that I would transfer to them , plus a lot of time and stress!! No wonder your page is filled with reviews from employees, cuz you push them to give good reviews to make this place look good! If they’re that freaking unorganized I can’t even imagine how they are with the kids. Save your lies for me! Don’t bother to respond to this review!

My Joey was struggling and at 23 with autism and non-verbal - it's not easy to find good quality services. Yellow Bus ABA was there to the rescue. They were able to evaluate and put services into place quickly, while keeping in mind the dynamics of the family. Joey is doing so much better and we are so thankful for their incredible efforts to help our family. Not to mention they work with most insurance and help to gain approval. I can't say enough!!
