Horrible company! The owner is very unprofessional and rude. They sent someone to my home who was not only untrained but their first time meeting their employee and she had no idea what to do. After the second day there was no training and they left her to figure it out on her own. I reached out to the owner and she was very unprofessional about the situation so I ended the contact.

My son had ABA therapy with this company for 5 months. The actual therapists that he saw were great and really nice. I have no complaints there at all. Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to continue with therapy. It took about a month for a prior authorization to be completed with my insurance prior to the start of therapy. No big deal at all, that stuff takes time. At that point we were told my insurance would cover his therapy. Unfortunately, we were never told that we would be responsible for a large portion of it. 5 months into therapy and we finally get the first $2000 bill that we were unprepared for. I was told that most patients pay this and that it would be the same at any other company. This may be 100% true but if this had been explained to me I would have realized that my family could not afford this. If the first bill had come before 5 months I would have realized we couldn't afford it and stopped the therapy sooner and kept it from going up so high. I've canceled services and while trying to set up a payment plan for $30 a month I was told that that was too low of an amount and the lowest acceptable payment would be either $50 a week or $200-$250 a month. Unfortunately, I have other bills and live paycheck to paycheck so that is not possible for me. Guess they will be sending me to collections.
