my experience here is mixed, and some of the staff are ok while others are terrible. they’re always annoyed with their patients for no reason. it is very uncomfortable. I have no idea how they're allowed to work with the youth (I am one). I will be finding a new place

Very friendly staff, providing excellent professional care

I understand everybody’s overwhelmed nowadays, and service is less than perfect, but these guys are beyond unacceptable. In two weeks I wasn’t able to speak to a person in administration regarding a bill. Steer clear if you can.

My daughter had an appointment with a therapist here last week. The therapist called 2 hours before the appointment and cancelled, rescheduling for this week. This week she didn’t even bother cancelling, she just didn’t show up at all. This is not how one should treat any patient seeking help much less a teenager. Talk about damaging a teens self image and making them feel like they don’t matter. Do not go here. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

This is the worst run facility I have ever encountered. Call in to pay your bill, it goes directly to voicemail and they NEVER call you back. Request to speak to a supervisor, get transferred to another voicemail because that person isn't even in the office! It takes months of calling in to get anything taken care of.

Sean Cravey is awesome we’ve been going to Him for year & 1/2 & he’s helped our 16 year old tremendously. He’s never given up on our son & didn’t want to pass him on to the next counselor like the last one we had & very grateful for him. Thanks Sean for being a god send.
