Youth For Tomorrow- Woodbridge

This organization has actively made me suicidal and is refusing to rectify their mistake leaving me without an antipsychotic I have been taking religiously for the last 6 YEARS. I am letting Youth for Tomorrow know that you have triggered me in to planning out my suicide after years of living a normal life. This organization would rather see you kill yourself than listen to when they are wrong and withhold life saving psychiatric meds because they want to steal money from me instead of trying to do any internal investigation to see what their billing department is doing wrong. They are the absolute worst mental institution I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. After 6 YEARS of being on the same medication this company is claiming I owe almost $400 and refuse to give me even an emergency refill after I explained I recently became homeless due to a fire that demolished my house. All I have ever used them for is medication management and my insurance covers all of it. At MOST I should only owe $100 because I was only seeing them every two months This is an evil organization that absolutely does not care about their patients, they only care about the money. They will claim you MUST be seen by a psychologist to continue your medication management. When I brought this up to the psychologist she was confused and immediately discharged me after confirming that I did NOT need psychological care I just needed to maintain my meds. Now they are withholding them from me. I tried making a minimum payment after scrounging enough. They REFUSED MY PAYMENT and said they wanted me to pay the balance in full even though I had just started an investigation on why my balance is so high in the first place. I am slipping into manic psychosis and there is nothing I can do except hospitalize myself and since I am a single parent living in a homeless shelter I am panicking because where the heck are my kids supposed to go?! I have NO family, I am doing this completely on my own. Youth For Tomorrow: just know that if anything happens to me it is 100% on you and your lack of professionalism. You’re evil and greedy and would rather see someone fall to pieces than actually care for their health. I have NEVER had such a difficult time trying to get my medication. Shame on you and hope your organization completely falls apart once people realize your truth

I know my therapist is at the Alexandria location but I just need to gush about how amazing she is. Julia Klynstra is so incredible, I don’t know where my mental health would be if I didn’t have her. I always feel heard, and I feel like we have such a great patient therapist relationship. I hope she gets more clients but also I love how she always makes room for my life changes. The practice is so blessed to have such an amazing therapist! I’m so grateful to YFT for hiring her and keeping such an amazing person on their staff. Thank you thank you thank you!

My goddaughter has been through 2 therapist here. Her mother was in the process of cancelling services because of all the changes. I'm glad she didn't Mrs,. Jones is by far the ONLY therapist that actually made progress for my goddaughter she's attentive, professional, funny, and she always keeps her parents informed (especially since her mother travels now for work now) about her daughter's progress. If you are seeking support I highly recommend Mrs. Jones. without a doubt I will be recommending services to my colleagues as well. This review was long over due good job YFT!
