So far I'm having a good experience

I’m so grateful that we found Chris Shriver! He is incredibly kind and supportive and it’s so easy to feel safe and comfortable with him. He is everything my family and I needed out of a therapist and I absolutely recommend!! 5 star service!

I have never been one to use therapy, but Zen Zone seemed to have found the right person for me to talk to. I like that my therapist shares a small bit of himself, not many therapists do from my understanding. 10 out of 10, I recommend!

Very good experience with Chris S. at Zen Zone. He listens, doesn't judge and stays very attentive during session. My experience with this company has been very positive and I highly recommend their services. Appointment setting is easy and the virtual sessions are clear, both visually and with audio. The reminders are timely and the link instructions easy to follow. 5 star service!

Therapist was ok... But receptionist was horrible and created more stress and mental health issues having to deal with them, no I do not suggest this place whatsoever if you have mental health issues, they will only add to it! And charging over $250 for 5 mins is so grossly greedy!

Chris was awesome. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He made sure I was comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. Chris also gave me some reassurance on my current situation and made it clear he was here to make things better. I came to Zen Zone looking for a therapist who could help me navigate life with PTSD, Bipolar 1, and GAD. I tried out two different therapists. I will not name the therapists because they were very kind and genuinely did their best. Unfortunately, I need a therapist who is highly educated in trauma and bipolar disorder. Neither therapist I was paired with were able to understand my disorders on a level that could actually help me; despite being promised by the scheduler that they were highly experienced and would be a good pairing for me. It’s always a bummer when I find myself having to teach my therapist about my experience with these diagnoses. I think zen zone is a good place to go if you need basic talk therapy, but I don’t think they have specialized therapists who can address deeper issues.

So nice to feel being heard and and being made to feel comfortable to share your experiences. Always on time

I met Chris today to visit some counseling opportunities for ptsd, anxiety and depression related to a serious car accident. Chris is different than I’ve come to expect and very easy to talk to. I’m looking forward to a great relationship and opportunity to ease my mind.
