I was referred to this company a couple weeks ago from Samaritan family center. I love my doctor and I trust her word so I asked her to give me a list of therapy options for the Benton county area. I was given a list with Zendo on the top and I was quick to message them and let the message “ Hi my name is ~~. I was referred by my doctor as Samaritan family center to sign up for the waitlist to see a therapy provider.” The next morning I got a call and I was excited that I got such a fast response time but I was disappointed on how the communication went over the phone with the receptionist. Right as I answer the phone I felt like she was unprofessional off the bat, rather than using a professional tone and approaching my questions with kindness I felt like she was being passive and lazy with her speech and it made me feel insecure in securing a appointment with this company. I want to be able to trust the team I’m working with specially when it comes down to trauma work, mental health and personal development. When I asked her if there was any way to confirm the company I was speaking to since they called from a 541 number and wasn’t acting professional, she responded with “well you reached out to me, so I don’t know.” Instead of reassuring me of my worry’s and concerns. I was really kind to her and I regret it now. I wish I would’ve told her exactly how rude she was coming off. I told her I didn’t appreciate her attitude and hung up. This was 8.5 around 10 am. Pretty disappointing.
