The management of this office is horrible. The therapists are great though. Management constantly changes schedules. These are kids that need structure. Management requires a doctor's note, if ypur child misses therapy. Sometimes kids don't feel well, but don't require a doctor. However, sessions are constantly canceled or times changed, at the last minute. I have been called about a cancelation as I pulled into the parking lot to drop my child off. This is unacceptable and would not be accepted if roles were reversed.

My son Jherzy, now four was diagnosed with autism at the age of two, has made tremendous strides at this center. The staff's commitment and expertise have been invaluable, providing a nurturing environment that has allowed him to flourish. Their professionalism and dedication have created a sense of extended family, working together to ensure Jherzy's future success. I highly recommend this center!

Edit: please view the company's response below. The fact that they invited me to come in and speak with their attorney after posting a review about their agency says more about them than any Google review I could post. There's plenty of reputable ABA agencies in Jacksonville but this is not one of them. Poor management and leadership is rampant throughout this organization. They expand into new areas and markets purely for profit without much research beforehand. If you care about your child's health and well being please choose another clinic. If you are ok with any "warm body" providing behavioral therapy to your children then this is the place for you.

Hands down the best there is!
