Location: We are hiring for Denton, TX | Little Elm, TX | Aubrey, TX!
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation (Flexible): $80,000 – $95,000/year + Weekly Bonus + Tenure Bonus + Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You’ll Do

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll play a key role in guiding our kiddos’ progress and supporting a team that’s driven by compassion, excellence, and joy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a fun, engaging, and safe environment where kids can thrive.
  • Conduct initial assessments, re-evaluations, and write comprehensive reports.
  • Collaborate with RBTs and clinicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage a full caseload with individualized programming.
  • Develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment goals tailored to each child’s needs.
  • Train and support caregivers with regular updates and practical guidance.
  • Supervise RBTs and BACB students in alignment with BACB requirements.
  • Ensure timely completion of documentation, billing, and credentialing tasks.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Current BCBA certification (licensed in Texas or eligible for licensure)

Preferred:

  • Experience in clinical, school-based, or in-home ABA settings

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday
  • 8-hour shifts
  • No weekends
