Be aware of this place . We had very bad experience at Littile Elm with BCBA and her assistance . If you really want to see your kids safe and progress this ISNOT the right place . Donot send your child to Radiant Autism Center . My autistic daughter used to go this facilities they didnot takecare of her .No progress what so ever no treatment plan implement . Moreover we have noticed her REGRESSION . They are more into business to make money from the insurance . This location must go for Facilities site review

Radiant as an organization does not care about what's best for the child, they are only interested in the billing. Do not send your child to Radiant Autism Center if you are looking for a center that will collaborate with you for the best outcome for your child.

UPDATE: After posting the review, I was contacted by Chris (CEO). He was hands on with getting my issue resolved. Thank you, Chris. At this point, I am being harassed. After my son was assessed, I decided not to continue with ABA. First, I questioned the claim due to the rendering provider listed, was not the BCBA that assessed my son. They finally convinced me that claim was valid, so I paid claim through my HSA. Now, I receive an invoice every month stating that I owe. I’ve called, and emailed with no response. If you are interested in receiving ABA with them, please proceed with caution.

had a bad experience at Aubrey , threatening , saying words to moms. very disappointed, if we don't send 40 hours threatening to take kid from their centers

Disappointed. I reached out in February for a tour with my husband and son. They told me before touring I needed to give them all our information and diagnosis for my son with Autism and insurance. They seemed really nice and I gave them all they asked and never responded to me. I follow up a week later to ask and they said they would get back to me and never responded and now it’s been over two months. I thought they were different and seemed nice but feeling uncomfortable we gave them all our personal information just so they could not respond to us or ever have a tour with them.
