Accel Therapies - ABA Therapy for Kids

This therapy center is not very good, I’ve been going back and forth with them for over three weeks. I was funneled to this center because their ABA clinic my daughter was with closed and they promised me to have an easy transition. I had spoken to the Southern California regional director Yasmin and she told me they could accomadate my daughters schedule and needs… Then a few days later I get a call from them saying they cant accomadate my daughters schedule…. They have no estimated waitlist and they want to basically force my daughter to be there in clinic for 40 hours a week, she’s 5 that’s full time job schedule…. Sad to see it’s all about charging the insurance as much as they can

Such a great autism therapy center!! Lacey and her team are making such great strides with our child diagnosed with autism. His behaviors are improving so fast and he's so much more talkative now! We appreciate Accel so much! Thank you!

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional, dishonest, and potential HIPAA Violation. We’ve had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Accel Therapies. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services to anyone. From the beginning, their level of professionalism was shockingly low. Communication was disorganized, couple sessions were cancelled without communication which proved their staff consistently failed to follow through on commitments. It's as if there’s no real concern for customer satisfaction or the basic principles of business ethics. Every interaction felt like pulling teeth, and they never seemed to have a clear grasp of the situation at hand. Dishonest behaviors and the company policies such as, in-home no camera in the child’s play area/therapy area raised serious concerns about their integrity and transparency. All in all, I would advise anyone considering Accel therapies to look elsewhere. The lack of professionalism, ethical standards, and blatant disregard for committed services made this experience one of the worst we’ve encountered in a professional setting. If you value your privacy, respect, and accountability, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company.

The worst company you could come across and the worst people who work there. If you have a son with a special condition, don't go there. Bullies, misunderstandings . I do not recommend this company

I can’t say enough how much they helped us. We have 2 kids, both needed especial care and this team did a great job, like magic. I would definitely recommend this team to all parents who consider ABA services for their kids

Accel Therapies staff is AMAZING and my child has grown so much in the 5 months he has been there. They make us feel like family and u can tell the staff is there because they want to be and not only for a paycheck which makes me feel so comfortable leaving my child everyday. I do not have to worry if my child is ok or if he is being treating correctly. I could NOT have picked a better Aba therapy for my child.

My rating is about the company, not the technician we had, she was wonderful... 1000 stars for her. My problem is how Accel handled my daughter who is 4 and has autism. My technician had to quit immediately, and I heard nothing from Accel... hours passed until I finally called her supervisor and wow... she was short with me, nonapologetic, and informed me that my established spot for my daughter was dropped and we were being put back on the wait list. I am beyond tired waiting for a spot. The resources my daughter needs is beyond overwhelming. And Accel Therapies was nothing but disappointing. UPDATE I was told by accel Therapies multiple times that as SOON as they hired a replacement, Emily was "at the top of the list". This was the beginning of July. It is now almost October. Do you really go 2 months without hiring someone? What about all the other children waiting below Emily? It is my job to advocate for my daughter. The lack of response from management is far away from professional.
