I absolutely love my provider, however the front desk team has made me consider switching offices. Every time I have interacted with one of them they are dismissive and act like they are being inconvenienced. It's disappointing that the customer service is so lacking since every doctor there has been so great.

I have been a patient at ABH since 2022. I can say nothing but positive comments, from the support staff to my mental health team. When I've been inpatient for treatment, ABH docs checked on me in person daily like clockwork. I drive an hour away so I can get treated like a human being vs. just my diagnosis. I'm shocked by the negative comments. I wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for Zachary, Jasmine, and Dr. Ndrio. I'm not a bot. I'm a real, current patient. It doesn't hurt to have a consultation to decide for yourself. Edit: After reading reviews regarding clerical staff behavior towards patients and issues with insurance/billing practices, I must add the truth. Starting with demeanor of staff in person and via phone calls--I have nothing but positive interactions. They always have a smile, always ask if all of my info, including insurance, have changed. Also, ask me Everytime I check in if I want to use my card on file (never assume my method)and tell me my Medicare copay before processing it. To those complaining about unknown copay costs and changes of insurance-- it is always OUR responsibility to TELL the front desk at any medical facility that you changed INS or moved, etc. Contact your insurance to find out what is covered and how much.

While Mr. Endrio probably means well, I saw way too many red flags and strongly advise seeking care for your loved ones else where. He violated HIPPA, and in my opinion, he is a very poor listener. I am writing this on behalf of a loved one, but I was also present during a few appointments. In regards to listening, Dr Endrio has poor english skills. This alone makes it hard, but coupled with [my loved ones] speech impediment, it was a dumpster fire. Dr endrio was often missing details in visit notes. He often askes the same questions multipal times in a row, as if he forgot we discussed it. EXAMPLE: My loved one had a cast on when they met him and 3 months later, he was acting like he had never even seen the cast, asking 'what happened to your [limb]?!' . I know there are lots of patients, but he couldn't even take 2 seconds too look at [my loved ones] chart. He also didn't notate that I was present with my loved on during the visit notes that day, despite being questioned about my loved one. But all that listening stuff aside, he violated hippa blatantly. After my loved one asked for records via form in June, I was told in MID AUGUST that he would not deliver them, citing no official reason. I think he may have assumed my loved one was 'not with it' but I immiedatly knew he violated hippa. Under hippa you can refuse to give records BUT the Dr. must state the reason why within 30 days. I had to escalate it to HHS and then suddenly the records appeared in my mailbox. Real classy. All in all, I will be avoiding this absolute DOOFUS

8/20/25 @ 5:15 PM – I called to make a first-time appointment for my daughter. The front desk put me on hold for over 10 minutes. After hanging up and calling back several times, someone finally answered. When I explained that I had been forgotten on hold, the staff member offered no apology and instead asked me why I was calling. I repeated that I wanted to make a new patient appointment for my daughter, but she asked again, “For which doctor?” — showing zero listening skills. When I asked for the manager’s number, I could clearly hear someone in the background telling her not to provide it. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Very poor customer service from the front desk. How behavioral health office in Naperville operate like this? Thanks for showing the red flags early on.

Was with them for a while. Especially with Dr. Ndrio. Was working through different issues and trying to find the right medication. He honestly gave up. When I was depressed over break he asked if I’ve been on vacation. I said no. I don’t understand that logic. My meditation was a pain to get filled on time or if I needed a refill it would take forever. You could not just have all Telehealth appointments you had to see them in person at least once. Which when talking to another place they said that they could be all Telehealth appointments. If I canceled an appointment and needed a refill they would only give me like 6 pills instead of a whole refill because I canceled. You would only get a full refill when you see them again.
