Our youngest has been going to BYS Morton Grove for just shy of 3 years. We have an amazing BCBA, rockstar team of RBTs, and we're able to bring her OT and SLP to one location. The office staff are amazing and our child is thriving thanks to the BYS Team!

I’ve worked in centers for years now, never come across such unprofessionalism from a company until By Your Side. Taking care of children starts with taking care of employees, and I was friends with multiple By Your Side employees— trust me, this is not the center you want your at-risk child to be at. Management is a mess, they treat disabled employees terribly, have no retention of staff, and wonder why they’re hiring someone new every week. Your child deserves a center founded in love and care— for the program, for the children they serve, and for the employees who are dedicated to your kids. By Your Side ISN'T it. Until Daisy, Melissa, and Taylor are out of managerial roles, I highly recommend finding anywhere else for your children (or to work, at that).

This has been the best ABA clinic for my son, by far. They're in constant communication and he's made excellent progress since being there.

I’m am so grateful for by your side! They’re so amazing, my son has learned a lot and he is so excited to go every day. The ABA therapy is grateful and he is thriving! The staff and the therapist are amazing. I really recommend parents that are thinking about in center therapy because it really makes a good change in your child’s life.

All of the staff has always gone above and beyond, not just with my child, but with anything I needed or questions I had. All the staff are incredible with my kid and my kid has a great time there and I have seen significant progress in my kid. Saying all that is just the tip of the iceberg for what they do. Their whole center is themed based rooms, school preparation, and autism awareness and tips and tricks for the whole family. They decorated for the holidays and it was something out of the Elf movie, just absolutely magical and I was so grateful my kids got to experience the center's creativity and magic they brought to the season(s). As a single parent they have always listened and understood my situations and help collaborate and find solutions. They have been flexible, informative- not only with ABA centers, insurance, policy, procedures, but with schedule (even when it was difficult for them). They prioritize the child (and family) above themselves. I've been through birth to 3 program, early intervention, public school with IEP & ISP, seen specialist and therapist, but By Your Side stands out in excellence. Trying to navigate and figure this all out on my own, I have never been as supported as a parent by anyone else other than By Your Side. Let alone all the support and care they give my child. I could not express enough how highly I recommend By Your Side.
