avoid this place and the front office at any cost, referred here by my insurance the front office response team whoever that girl was was answering in mono syllables, completely rude jerks, i asked for appointments she said no it's not available, when i asked when. would it be available for said i don't know, didn't even have an ETA and was horrible rude and no full sentences only yes or no... terrible

I am extremely disappointed with the staff at this office. For the past three weeks, I have been calling multiple times to get a refill on my medication, and no one has properly followed up or set up an appointment for me. Even after explaining the side effects I am experiencing due to the delay, I still have not received the support I need. When I spoke with Jeanette, she kept changing the reasons why my medication hadn’t been refilled or why I hadn’t received a call back from the doctor. At one point, she told me my insurance was not valid—without even having my file pulled up. I contacted my insurance company myself, and they confirmed there are no issues. Despite this, the office failed to set up my appointment the four different times I reached out. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak with a manager, Jeanette transferred me back to the main line instead of connecting me with anyone who could actually help. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially in healthcare where people’s lives and well-being are at stake. Since they do not want to help me , I will be taking the next step of reporting this office. Patients deserve staff who take their health seriously, follow through, and provide accurate information.

This place commits fraud. I stopped seeing my therapist over 1 year ago and they are STILL billing my insurance every two weeks. I cannot get a hold of anyone to fix this. I have never once been sent a bill to my email or home address either. DO NOT GO HERE

Dr. Stepanoff is the only doctor who has diagnosed me accurately so I would recommend this place.

Dr Stepanoff and Melissa Mensah have been very helpful diagnosing me with depression and turbo-blasted ADHD. They are very nice. That being said, the reviews are all negative for a reason. I am currently withdrawling from my meds as I write this because the office staff doesn't answer the phone ever. My prescriptions can't be refilled without an appointment. Getting through is a miracle. Don't leave a voicemail, they will not call back. The absolute most unforgivable thing is that I have had multiple in-person and phone appointments that have left me waiting hours to be seen after the scheduled appointment time. One time I was called 6 hours after my scheduled appointment time. I was cooking dinner by this time. One time nobody called at all. I have never in my life experienced this before. Its beyond unprofessional. There is some kind of disconnect between the office staff and the Doctors.

DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE BUSINESS. I have been trying to get medical records for WEEKS. No call backs. Rude, unprofessional front desk staff that are impatient and have absolutely NO consideration for us customers. Super combative. Don’t deal with this place unless you want a headache AND zero empathy from these pseudo-professionals. I saw the bad reviews but still had no choice as I am an old patient there. And I quote the lady at the front desk: “Did you try leaving a message? Cause’ they do BE callin’ back.” Absolutely disgusting service.

Rei, Ariza, Yassmeen, and the Programs they have here are absolutely wonderful. I feel like i finally have people on my side working to help me through these very confusing and mentally challenging times. 5/5 Highly recommend the therapists and Psychs here. I also Love that they offer Telehealth still. I've had to move a few times and I didn't have to change my team and start all over with new people/new places. That being said I have to agree with some of the negative comments below, the receptionist are 50/50 sometimes you get a good one sometimes you don't. It's super hard to pay your balances, I've called in so many times and not gotten someone. So I've now resorted to waiting to get billed...and well it's been a few months now - and I'm concerned about getting one Large bill. and I have not been able to get ahold of anyone to talk to about that. I wish it was easier to schedule time with my team, and it looks like it's best to just talk to them about it- but that only happens once you are working with them. I still think even with the set back and complications of getting someone to respond or return your call. Once you do get in their system it's so worth it. I've still recommend a few people to reach out to Advances. I hope they can get the front office figured out to compliment the amazing doctors and therapist they have. :)
