My son is going to therapy here and it's a great enthusiastic and lovely place for a child with special needs.
We had a really great experience with A.G.E.S. We were with them for over 3 years. They provided fantastic support, advice and encouragement whenever needed. We were so lucky to work with the best technicians and BCBA. Even during the pandemic they continued to support us in every way they could and were able to provide therapy remotely. They are extremely professional in their field and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is beginning their ABA journey - you'll be in great hands.
We had a very positive experience working with BTs and BCBAs from AGES. They were gentle, never used any kind of force, and made everything so much fun for my son. They helped him get over his fears and learn to play with others... I would definitely recommend AGES to anyone looking for help with their child!
We worked with AGES for 3 years from 2017 to 2020 and it was the best experience I've had with ABA for my child. Would go back to their team in a heartbeat but they haven't been able to find a tech in our area that would be a suitable match (post Covid). Honestly we started off on a wrong note with one of their BCBA's and therapist, but their CEO rectified the situation and changed the team for us. Our BCBA (Erica) was simply amazing and super involved in my child's progress. From weekly meetings to being involved in our IEP's, to being flexible in meeting my child where he was at, rather than being rigid about typical ABA methods, I simple cannot praise her enough. Not sure if we got lucky, but we had one of our behavior technicians work with us for over a year and after she quit for personal reasons we were assigned another of their BCBA Natasha to directly work with my child and she was nothing short of amazing. Things unfortunately went south post Covid and the behavior technician shortage, but i think most ABA companies went through that. We tried working with 2 different ABA companies post that and it was disastrous. Would go back to that AGES team in a heartbeat if it was possible.
This company treats its clientele unfairly, and exhibited a lack of communication with their staff. Staff complaints are unnoticed not cared for, and they never listen to feedback. They really have no use asking for feedback if they’re never going to give any attention to it. I would not recommend this company.
