RUN and AVOID Aim Higher — Disorganized, Unprofessional, and Emotionally Exhausting RUN and AVOID — these are the only two words I can offer as a parent. This company is completely disorganized and unprofessional. Teams and departments don’t communicate, and what they claim as a “personalized” or “family-centered” approach couldn’t be further from reality. In just six months, we had multiple BCBAs leave, no replacement RBT for over five months despite constant follow-ups. Every time a new person would contact us — each clueless about our case history or prior updates. Most BCBAs aren’t even employees but external contractors, adding to the confusion. When we finally escalated to the program director, she seemed shocked to hear how bad things were yet responded in a dismissive and face-saving manner rather than taking real accountability. At that point, we had to request immediate offboarding just to protect our child’s progress and our own sanity. Before anyone from this company comments saying “we spoke with you,” yes on our repeated requests — you did, repeatedly — and nothing changed. If you value consistency, communication, and peace of mind for your child, stay far away. I truly wish there were an option to give negative stars.
Excellent customer service and great therapists. My kid felt very cared for from the first day she stepped into Aim Higher ABA, we really can see progress from each visit.
This company is very, unorganized and never answers the phone
My 2 year old son has been receiving ABA therapy for two weeks now and I have already seen positive changes in how he communicates. I have to give thanks to Kitana and Crysta who imhsve working with my son throughout the day. They are amazing and I’m so grateful to both of them. I look forward to seeing how far my son will go with Aim Higher.
This company is very disorganized. They will waste your time.
I was a little cautious of starting ABA therapy after speaking to other parents that had poor experiences (with other companies). I chose AIM Higher after reviewing a long list of ABA companies and, although this is the only company we’ve used for ABA, I truly believe they must be doing things very differently! We’ve had nothing but love, respect, and consideration from everyone that we have spoken to and worked with from AIM. We couldn’t be more happy with our therapists!! Nikki and Abbey have become more like family to both of our daughters, my husband and I. Our child with behavioral and other medical needs is always met with understanding yet challenged to learn and grow around her obstacles. I myself, have learned so much from them which has allowed me to better, not only our daughter’s experiences, but our whole family’s way of living. I am just so thankful for the sweet, giving, team at AIM higher!
All I'm gonna say is WOW!! There is nothing more a mother wants then to see their baby be happy and successful. No matter where life is at the current moment. After years of trying to find a solution, education, understanding. Anything we could reach, we would try. I can say today I finally feel heard. My daughter is being heard. More importantly my daughter feels understood. Aim Higher saw her needs and gave her an entire team. It no exaggeration to say the level of professionalism, communication, detail, integrity, thoroughness, down to earth, empathy.... (I could keep going) is beyond Gold standard. Simply put, Aim Higher is Amazing! Every aspect, every step. We are so grateful. From this mom to the one reading (or dad) give them a call. Feel the weight lift. Then you can say "WOW" too!!
I want to give the biggest thanks to Juda at Aim Higher. She showed me that there are still kind hearted people who care and who are serious about the business of helping children. There was an issue switching from in home therapy to a clinic based therapy and Juda sat with me and the insurance representative for 3+ hours to make sure my child got the help he needed, even tho doing so was not going to benefit her or Aim hlHigher. She wrote letters, she faxed papers, she was extremely helpful when it was the insurance company who made many mistakes and errors. Thank you so much for taking time out for my son!
