AnswersNow ABA Therapy

My daughter does virtual ABA thru answers now. We are in our second year doing it this way. Originally I applied at five centers in Georgia for ABA and NO ONE would call back and communicate. At my wits end I contacted answers now. They took a while to get up certify through our insurance but communicated with us brilliantly. We've had the same bcba the entire time. She is absolutely amazing. We are seeing positive changes in our girl and her ability to communicate and stand up for herself

Do NOT and I repeat DO NOT waste your time with this company. Their customer service sucks. They do not know how to properly communicate regarding upcoming appointments and treatment. They will schedule an appointment only to cancel which means you will have a copay and a deductible from your insurance. Think twice before contacting them and please do your research. I am so excited to see the changes in Grayson! After raising my three children and becoming a grandmother, I thought raising my grandson would be old hat. Little did I know, he is on the spectrum! I didn't even know what that meant! Nothing I had done in the past worked with him. Thank God for Rachael Herrera and AnswersNow! I knew as soon as I met our BCBA, that she was the perfect match for Grayson and for me! She is experienced, knowledgeable, and fun! I adore her and honestly don't know what I would have done without her! Everything I was doing was affecting him negatively. Not only was I doing everything wrong, I was actually making it worse! Children on the spectrum learn differently, and I had to accept the fact that raising three children and homeschooling them did not make me an expert! I am so thankful that I found the website and got him started immediately in ABA therapy. Don't settle for being on a waiting list when there is excellent help now! I was matched with a GREAT BCBA who is compassionate, down to earth & empathetic. She has given me invaluable insights and tools that have helped my son with his verbal communication and has helped me to raise him with a new level of understanding and patience because navigating parenthood is tough as it is but when you add Autism to the equation it adds another layer that at times is very challenging. I didn't have to wait long from the time I signed up, to going thru the intake process and starting caregiver services. So I would definitely recommend AnswersNow because the virtual aspect of the training is flexible and easily fits in my schedule and allows me to be comfortable at home.

I am very satisfied with the sessions my son and i have with our ABA therapist!! Its hard to travel but this is easy and convenient!!
