I had an excellent experience with Jin H, medical assistant at Apogee Health. He was incredibly professional, kind, and efficient—truly going above and beyond to make sure my concerns were heard and my documents were properly handled. His calm and respectful communication made the process feel smooth and organized. It’s rare to meet someone in healthcare who combines compassion with such strong attention to detail. Jin is an asset to the Apogee Health team, and I’m very grateful for his support. Highly recommend!

The first visit went well. Felt very comfortable with my psychiatrist.. When filling out my paperwork one of the questions was did I prefer male or female. I like that I have the option to choose. Also received my appointment right away. I think this is going to be a good fit.

If I could give no stars I would. I brought my oldest son here last year. They did our intake interview. They talked to my son first, then me. Once they determined more appointments would be ideal, the lady looked down at her notes and said 'Oh, y'all need family counseling. We don't do that here.'- That is what was put in the referral and she had the same paper in front of her the entire time. Waste of our time and theirs. Today, my youngest son had an initial appointment. I go in and they tell me his appointment had been cancelled due to his paperwork not being completed. I let them know that no paperwork had been received. After they checked their system, someone had my phone number off by 1-digit and my email address was wrong as well. No apology was offered but they did try to reschedule. After a couple of appointment offers (now virtual instead of in-person) wouldn't work with my/our schedule. I told them I would call back to reschedule. I spoke with a manager over the phone and all she said was 'I understand the frustration.' - but again no apology was offered. Now my son is tardy to school and they refused to send a note to get his tardy excused. Incompetence at it's finest. I will not be returning. In person or virtual.

My experience was great! I love the fact that I can have telehealth appointment especially having little kids and a very busy life. I called and was scheduled within 3 days of my phone call. Another thing that I really liked was I did not have to have a referral from my doctor to be seen here. They took my insurance which was it amazing!!! Highly recommend!! everyone I have dealt with has been super professional I am beyond happy with the service I received.
