In my 20 years in this business, I have never come across a behavior agency that treated the children and the staff with so much compassion and placed their wellbeing above else.

RED FLAGS !! RED FLAGS !!! PARENTS BEWARE AND BE AWARE. I tried this place based off these reviews. Horrible experience. Horrendous. I have to review so other parents don't waste their time like I did. Long story. Short. My autistic son experiences burnouts and isnt able to learn well after a certain period of time. I asked for flexibility to help ease my son in. They required 40 hours and no less than 25 hours. I was told exact words, No less than 25 hours and NO FLEXIBILITY. . RED FLAG : “Minimum 25 hours, no flexibility” This is a BIG RED FLAG !!!!!!! WHY ??? ABA is not one-size-fits-all Ethical providers individualize intensity IEHP does not require a 25-hour minimum Parent consent controls hours WHAT this often signals: Billing-driven model Center capacity issues (they need full-time slots) Less willingness to individualize care A good provider would say: “We recommend X hours, but we can adjust based on family needs.” I am a very involved Parent. I will advocate to the end of the world for my child.

the staff member Meilin was extremely helpful to us during our sessions with her. She was always extremely patient, friendly, and eagerly presented new ways of approaching tasks. I couldn't reccomend her enough

ABAC center is a great place to for all your ABA SERVICES. From the beginning of your assessment process down to the assignment of your BT. Whether you choose in center or in-home therapy. ABAC team is with you the entire process to help you feel at ease.

I’m new to ABA and I have been with ABAC almost two months now, so when I say how nervous and anxious I was to get started trust me I’m understating it lol, but throughout my short time there and while i’m continuing to learn and grow within my understanding of ABA I have been met with grace, patience, compassion and understanding as well as so much kindness and support from other BT’s as well as the PS’s and BCBA’s the sense of community at ABAC is strong and I am so honored to be part of this wonderful community and team!

The staff here is excellent, they always make us feel welcome. My child's BT providers are excellent. Ms. Linda Herrera and Ms. Francis are awesome they are always looking for ways to make my child happy while at the same time helping her achieve her goals. I am glad to see my child advance and learn in a safe environment. Thank you to all of the ABAC staff for such a great job!

My little one loves this place especially his BT. Everyone is so friendly and caring. My son has made a lot of progress and the best part is that he receives speech at the same location which is very convenient. I highly recommend ABAC

Absolutely love the staff here all of them have been so patient and helpful. You don't get stink eyes or bad vibes from any of the faculty here from receptionist to therapists to the program supervisors all of them have a dedication to the kids here. I used to have a fear of leaving my son anywhere thinking that someone would mistreat him but that has not been a worry of mine here. My son is non verbal stage three autistic and has been showing so many more socialization skills, and has been trying to vocalize more than before. He has also been getting so much better at paying attention and remaining focused on one task. He takes part of the speech therapy program as well here and he absolutely has a ball with this program as well. His therapists are bilingual which is amazing because we speak both English and Spanish but if you are a Spanish speaking family this is a great place to take your child. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Ms Carmen and Ms Ashley are AMAZING as well as the other therapists here.

My Daughter Eliaa Qasim has been attending ABAC since April and her development with language has been doing so great. I’m so happy we found this place and put her in it. I can’t wait to see more of her development with the center. They are so great focused on our childs wellbeing and safety.
