Really not helpful if you’re on virginia medicaid with kaiser. Results may vary but they were not helpful toward me, very unfriendly and wasted my time
The staff is always kind to me. The wait is never too long. And they make people feel welcome, so… No complaints here.
Misdiagno ed and drugged for years. Once I realized it I took myself off their drugs. Therapist has decided sin1stce I don't cut myself I'm low risk patient and I'm no longer being seen on a regular basis. My issue was trauma from abuse. And they labeled me bi-polar and drugged me for over 10 years. Now they want to get rid of me and not get ne the help I need. They won't refer you to someone that can help you. They lied to me for years telling me they were all I had.
A practice that is supposed to cater to "behavioral health," I mean that's in the name--is an epic fail. The practitioners, A Partridge, Nurse Practitioner, (not even a Dr)specifically need to figure out if the population of people who are addicted and recovery is one that she wants to serve. No, you may not judge people, and no, you may not disrespect patients. They go to you for help, and you treat them as if they are less than?? How is this acceptable? The fact that this has been going on for years is unacceptable. I will file complaints with my insurance and with the Virginia medical board as well. The head or manager of this practice is complicit in allowing this to continue. This is not a "free" practice or a medicaid clinic, but in fact, (even if it were, you have no right to talk to patients like this) this is paid through my private insurance. Partridge is making a lot of money to NOT do her job and disrespect people. Last time I checked in the patients bill of rights, patients had the right to be "treated with respect and dignity." Please, if you need a caring and empathetic provider, then AVOID this practice at all costs.
I love this organization because the staff is very professional, friendly and compassionate. I was in severe pain when I visit the place on a Saturday morning. I was glad the staff help me with all the questions regarding the housing briefing. I thank the organization for having such a great train staff and patience. I will recommend this organization to everyone in need with Mental health, medical and counseling. Thank you Jenny Santiago
