If I could give this place -5stars I would!!! I have 4 special needs grandkids. I have been in and out of hospitals with 2 of them. They been sick as sick could be. We even where 200 miles away in special childrens hospital. I have trouble keeping up with all appointments. I missed 2 appointments so they punished the child by not allowing to come for treatments or clubhouse.. Aspire saids they help families but they dont care for families. Even after I asked to have someone text or email me with appointment reminders they didnt do so. Now, my child is not going to get treatment or clubhouse because of me trying to see after all of them. Its not fair for the child and they dont care because " our policy was broken". Aspire needs to help families instead of punishing them. Isnt that what mental health is all about?

I originally gave their program 5 stars as my daughter had made some improvement in the year that she had been going and the staff was helpful. But lately they have been horrible in areas of communication before action. I feel they should reevaluate certain procedures when it comes to notifying parents of behavioral problems that need to be addressed immediately not two days later.

I called to try and get my nephew back in after he got insurance and was told he was discharged and couldn't be seen for 3 months. Nothing was communicated to us about this. Very unprofessional and unavailable in a time of need. Seek help elsewhere

Would give no stars if possible. My daughter had an appointment that they called to confirm. I cancelled the appt because I had Covid and pneumonia. They called to reschedule and I did. However no one communicated that the office was no longer at their old address. I drove to old office and then looked up address drove to the other address and it was the adult center. The adult center gave me the child center’s address, so I drove there. I explained all this to the staff and they said she has been discharged because we were late. Basically no empathy, the staff had zero care for the circumstances and poor customer service. 0 out 10 would not recommend. If they aren’t capable of showing understanding for extenuating circumstances how on earth would they be able to help my child? Will not be using aspire for any of our needs.

Aspire is great if you can deal with some of their quirks. You're going to find bad or uncaring employees almost anywhere, which was one of my major complaints before. Many of them care and they care a lot. They work with children who need help all of the time and they work to improve their lives. If you need help then this company will do a great job in most areas. You'll just need to navigate through everything and possible deal with issues you think are insane sometimes. Old review: The front desk personnel are rude. They don't actually remind you of appointments. They send an automated call out. If it happens to go to someone else's phone on their information and it goes to voicemail it's still counted as a "reminder." Also, they sent one to my wife's phone 4 days ahead of a planned meeting where I specifically asked the therapist to remind me the day of for a reminder. I never got the reminder. We missed the appointment (because I've told them before I need the reminder specifically) and now they said I need a re-engagement meeting before therapy or any other services for my child could continue. If you're going to use them you absolutely need to set up your own reminders in a phone or a computer calendar or something, because they won't follow instructions and they don't care where their automated reminders went.

Apire has really been a blessing for me and my kids. My son has really grown since he has been going. They also have a support group for us parents. They really made us feel like family and did wonders with my son because I really seen a difference in him. The staff is nice, caring and I always had a great experience there. If you need help and comfort with your little one I recommend Aspire.
