Charged me $40 dollars for an online appointment that never happened. Supposed to have an online appointment. Never sent the link. Was 25 minutes late. The receptionist there was extremely rude and mean and hung up on me for asking when will the doctor send me the link. I was on my lunch break at work and my time at work was almost up. Receptionist was extremely unprofessional and lacks empathy. I struggle with severe depression and getting hung up on while in middle of a sentence made my anxiety go up high.

Love Dr Naidu and TMS technician Yvonne she is amazing! Highly recommend them.

Dr. Baker is a truly exceptional Psychiatrist, I am very grateful to have her as my Doctor and Psychiatrist. Dr. Baker is highly skilled and deeply compassionate about her patients. Dr. Baker is thorough, patient, and proactive in her approach. She is not only knowledgeable, but compassionate, empathetic, encouraging, and insightful. What I admire most about Dr. Baker is not just her medical expertise, but that she truly cares about her patients and listens to her patients. I am truly grateful for Dr. Baker, and I will continue to call on Dr. Baker in the future for my mental health. I highly recommend Dr. Baker for anyone searching for a psychiatrist, she is the greatest one out there!

Dr. Ali Anwar is the most kind, compassionate and available child psychiatrist my daughter has ever had. He does not rush and follows through with plans and I feel he really listens to what is going on with the child. He is also the first psychiatrist my daughter openly and willingly just started chatting away to!

Love Dr Anwar! He takes the time to talk to my son. To really listen to him before he decides if any kind of adjustment needs to be made. He is so caring, and easy going. My son likes him a lot.

Dr. Anwar is so easy for my daughter to talk with. He is very insightful and always gives good feedback and recommendations. Easy to schedule and flexible.

I would not normally write this but that’s how frustrating my experience was. This is supposed to be a mental health practice! Sorry so long but… Called late on a Friday afternoon. Phone was answered unprofessionally and with no name provided. Later found out her name is Mali or Moli. I explained what I was calling for and the answer she gave to every single thing I asked was “i only schedule appointments for the psychiatrist”, literally THOSE SEVEN WORDS every single time both times she answered the phone because I had to call back after she transferred me to Yvonne who asked me to make the type of appointment I needed with Mali, even though Mali kept telling me those 7 WORDS! 😡 Then Mali, after answering the second time unprofessionally and providing no name, and after going back and forth, kept trying to transfer me back to Yvonne and would basically say only those 7 WORDS to every question I asked. Do you schedule for all psychiatrists? Do you schedule for only the practice? Who schedules for the this office? Who schedules for the others who are NOT psychiatrists in the office? Finally I just hung up because she was so so frustrating! I will be calling back on Monday to report this to one or more of her superiors. If I get treated like any client, let alone a new one, deserves to be treated, I may consider trying again to get the appointment I need. Otherwise there are PLENTY of other TMS therapy places in the area. Hopefully I will be able to find competent and caring staff in one or more of them. Thank you for taking the time to read this. 😊
