Dr. Calloway is the best. He's very kind and he listens, and its clear he actually wants to help. The front desk staff is always very nice and cheerful.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care I’ve received from Dr. Kavita Kothari and therapist Michelle Parrom at Atrium Behavioral Health in Concord. They have been an incredible support system through my journey with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Both are extremely dedicated, compassionate, and truly invested in my well-being. Their support goes beyond our sessions—they consistently provide helpful recommendations, resources, and ensure all necessary paperwork is submitted promptly, especially during times when I struggle to focus on work and manage daily life. Dr. Kothari and Michelle always have my best interest at heart, and their commitment to helping me reach a better place emotionally and mentally means the world to me. The office staff also deserves recognition for their kindness and exceptional customer service. From start to finish, every interaction at this clinic has been welcoming and professional. My daughter was seeing doctor Witte and we had to reschedule a couple times and then she canceled on us. I tried to get a different provider and was told we have to go through a whole process. The next thing I know I’m getting a letter saying my daughter is dismissed and can’t see any provider at Concord or Harrisburg’s office. The reason being because she didn’t follow medical advice, which very untrue we did everything Dr. Witte said. So now my daughter can’t get the help she needs. I thought doctors were supposed to care for their patients not prevent them from getting the care they need. Thanks a lot Dr Witte!

Great place for therapy. I’ve been to a few therapists who have almost convinced me therapy isn’t important or worth another try until I found Zachary Weir. Very good therapist, definitely recommend. The receptionists are very sweet here as well!

If I could give Dr Viamonte -0 stars I would. My daughter has been a patient here for a year. When her original doctor left, they scheduled her with Dr Viamonte and didn't give her the option of choosing who she wanted to see. She saw her new doctor, Dr Viamonte, twice and decided she would prefer someone else. I DO NOT recommend Dr Viamonte to anyone. My daughter has had nothing but major issues since she started taking the medication her previous doctor prescribed her; she has no appetite and has lost over 40 lbs and she now looks emancipated. After the initial visit with Sr Viamonte she told him of her issues with her medication and he completely ignored her concerns. After seeing my daughter recently and how skinny she looks I was extremely concerned about her health and ask her to make another appt so she could get her medication changed. My daughter ask me to come with her to her appt because Dr Viamonte doesn’t listen to her and continues to prescribe her the same medication. I made the 4 hour drive for her appt and he listened to absolutely nothing I or my daughter had to say and AGAIN prescribed her the same medication that has her looking emaciated!! And on top of all of this Dr Vianonte accused me of controlling my daughter!! What! We don’t even live in the same state! In my 47 years of living I have NEVER SEEN SUCH MALPRACTICE! Totally unacceptable to continue to leave my 25 year old daughter to look emancipated! She felt so defeated. My daughter immediately went to the front desk and ask to be switched to another doctor within the practice. The practice manager and office staff were extremely helpful and could clearly see my daughter was distraught and looked very unhealthy. They told her they would have to get approval from her current doctor to switch, then get approval from the doctor she wanted to see. The current doctor approved, but the new one didn't. This gave her only 2 choices; she would have to continue seeing the doctor she didn't want to see or go somewhere else. How unprofessional! Dr Viamonte is the most unprofessional, inconsiderate, unapproachable, unrelatable and irritating medical professional I have ever encountered in all of my years. Do not even waste your time with this doctor, he is absolutely useless and will accuse the parent of insurmountable baseless things. My daughter will definitely be looking elsewhere immediately.
