I can’t recommend Dr Laura enough! My newborn daughter was having issues with choking and stopping breathing as well as many other digestive concern and was absolutely miserable and suffering: She was the first person to immediately recognize and validate my concerns. She listened and took me seriously and even called on the weekend to check on us. After a trip to the ER, she even took the time to check in. With her help, I am now able to feed my baby safely and even more, she connected me with a great ENT and GI specialist who helped get to the bottom of what was going on. Within 2 weeks of seeing Dr Laura, I have a completely new baby. I was not getting the support from the pediatricians office and without Dr Laura, we’d still be suffering. So glad I found her!
I wish I found Dr. Laura and her team sooner. I spoke to one of their SLP’s, Gabby the first time I called their office. She took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions. She didn’t rush me off the phone and I appreciate that. Both Dustin and Shannon at the front desk are welcoming and are always cheerful. It makes the visits so much better and enjoyable when the whole team treats you like family. Dr. Laura has been very supportive and helpful since our initial visit. She and Gabby have both been working with us for two months now. We recently started seeing their OT, Rachel. She has endless ideas and recommendations on what activities we can do at home. She’s extremely patient and is just super chill - she has a very calm demeanor. We have seen so much improvement over a short period of time and I am just happy. They’re all so easy to talk to and work with - most importantly, you can feel that they genuinely care.
We have had an amazing experience with Dr. Laura and her team. We are so grateful for their help
Wonderful owner, facility, and staff. Their expertise and level of care is second to none. Highly recommend!
Dr. Laura is fantastic! My daughter went through a traumatic experience and she helped shift her energy and fears around this experience. My daughter absolutely loved seeing Dr. Laura-she looked forward to it every week. It was a beautiful thing that we were able to end therapy, but it was also a little sad for us as well. The connections we made were divine. Thank you!
How can I even put into words how much the staff has helped my son (specifically Dr. Laura)? We were suggested to come here by our pediatrician and were looking for a facility that offered a few different types of therapies. The most beneficial therapy for my son has been Speech and Mindfulness. Dr. Laura truly puts her heart into every session and you can tell that she truly loves her job. Being a special needs parent is hard, and finding doctors who truly care about the well-being of your child isn't always easy. Dr. Laura and staff are one of the few places that actually help you integrate therapy into the outside world. Recently I have had to make some hard decisions about where we go from here with my child and Dr. Laura has held my hand the entire way. She helped me make some very difficult decisions and then proactively reached out to me to see how those decisions benefitted us, and how she could help that transition. Any time that I reach out to her needing advice or suggestions for my child, she answers with such a kind and thoughtful response. There is a warmth that comes from the staff that makes you feel more like family and not just someone coming for therapy. Will always recommend this facility and staff~!
Dr. Laura and Miss Kayla have been wonderful to work with! As a parent, I love how they couple fun with learning for my child. They make an effort to connect and build relationships with me (mom) and their patient each week, and they ask thoughtful follow up questions the next week. My child looks forward to speech therapy each week and shared that it doesn’t feel like work, but I see her working and the progress she is making.
