Dawn is an incredibly gifted clinician and group practice owner. Her ability to see people for who they are and guide them to healing and deeper self-knowledge is almost unparalleled. With this as her therapy modality and way of building her practice, I would trust her or any of her team as my own therapist! As a Certified Life Coach and Personal Trainer, I trust AC3 enough to refer clients, family and friends to them for professional care and counseling. Jamie has been a transformative influence in my life as she’s helped me process, understand and ultimately take more control of my mental well-being. She’s gently led me to be more honest with myself and what I need and want, and helped me understand ways to communicate those needs to other people and set healthy boundaries for myself. I continue to work with her on a number of mental health challenges I face but feel much more capable of finding a healthy balance for myself and for the people around me, which has helped me rely less on the approval of others and more on my approval of myself. Cannot tell you how important of a journey that’s been for me and how it’s helped me navigate challenges that I would have avoided completely in the past. Cannot recommend Jamie highly enough!

Great environment in the perfect location in Castle Rock. I love my Counselor, Ashley Brown. She has really helped me get to the root of some of the problems I am facing and I leave her office with a fresh perspective and better outlook in general. I highly recommend!
