My son has been attending ACT for just shy of a year now and his BCBA has been great at putting things in place to help my son acquire new skills and to continue to thrive in areas I didn’t realize was possible for him. My son RBTs have been great at connecting with him and implementing the programs set forth from his BCBA. I love how the owners have a personal connection to the services that are provided and they took the time to personally reach out to get feedback on how things have been going for my son! I also loved that even when his therapist wasn’t available the owner herself filled in to provide therapy for my son instead of canceling his session. I highly recommend ACT they will restore hope ❤️

My children don't qualify for service due to their age. I didn't realize this until I called after office hours and was greeted IN PERSON by Trey, owner of the facility.. We talked about my family's therapy needs for almost 30 min.! His compassionate sincere desire to help us provided 2 local referrals! What a breath of fresh air! I wish I'd known about services like this when my kids were younger but we are moving forward now and it's people like Trey who provide HOPE to families like ours 🙂 It's never too late to learn and get started on a better path. Still one or the worst clinics in all of Virginia. They put money and profit over the children. Therapist quit and move on from this clinic at a fast pace. Owner is a terrible person who never talks to the parents. Safety of the children is the last thing on their mind. Negative 5 stars.

Three years ago when ABA was first recommended by my child's specialist, I knew nothing about it. She handed me a list of about 30 ABA companies in the area to review. I spent hours researching Google, Facebook, etc. reviews for literally everyone one and put them on a rating scale. ACT was by far the top rated, and now that my child just finished the program, it's my turn. They deserve so much more than the measly five stars I can give them on a review. They have changed my the trajectory of my child's life in ways I could not begin to describe. Everyone I've ever had any interaction with from their staff was extremely personable, prompt in returning calls & scheduling appointments, very down to earth and made the program understandable for a layman like me. Furthermore, it was clear their program was well thought out and their overall level of experience was abundantly evident when they showed me around the facility the first time. Furthermore, when my family ran into financial difficulties regarding our ability to continue services, they were more understanding than I would ever had expected and made it possible for us to finish the program. I could never thank them enough for that. I look at my little one and see their hard work all over. Thank you so much to everyone at ACT (you know who you are if you're reading this)!

I honestly dont know how to describe how helpful they are. They are professional and amazing. They have given my family so much hope. Extremely helpful and I have seen significant progress in my child. Words cannot express how thankful I am.
