I have been working here for several years and do not have enough good things to say about my job. I truly cannot imagine ever wanting to leave. The supervision they offer is wonderful, with regular and constant communication between RBTs and BCBAs allowing for a great deal of collaboration on each case. Scheduling is flexible with each techs availability being taken into consideration. The pay is generous, they even offer health insurance, with techs being given off major holidays and even given PTO. The families are wonderful and the job itself and progress made with each case being extremely rewarding. They even have the occasional company happy hour. Wonderful work environment. Beyond grateful to be part of the staff.

We have used ALC for 10+ years for both of our kids. The progress we have made is immeasurable. The therapists are professional, reliable, fun and effective! Our BCBAs have all been a dream to work with. I can’t say enough good things about ALC!

Pro's: The therapist are experienced, well educated and very good at their job! They make it fun for the kids mostly and its more enjoyable for them then other ABA providers I've used. The director works with you to set up a billing system with your insurance and helps streamline the process so you can get approved with your insurance and hopefully reimbursed quickly. Con's: The program and BCBA work was not very good at all. After almost a year of therapy, paying between $3000-$5000 a MONTH my sons program and goals had barely changed. My son is high functioning, verbal and learns quickly. We switched to a new company after 10 months with ALC and the new BCBA said my sons program and goals he had, did not match him at all, she said what she saw in his program from ALC seemed like it was meant for a 24mo that was lower functioning, not a 4 year old high functioning child. She said it looked liked someone just took another child's program and tweaked it a tiny bit and put my sons name on it.. We stayed for the 10 months we did because the therapist are good and my son basically had a fun play time with them. Not many skills were learned or mastered during this time but a TON of money was spend and time was somewhat wasted that we cannot get back. Money is one thing but the sensitive early learning time for a child on the spectrum is very important and this is what hurts the most about our experience with ALC. The few months we did no therapy with him while looking for a new company my son actually grew in his skills just from spending more time around his family and in social environments instead of spending so much time in therapy. Now we are with a BCBA that is running a much higher level program with him and he is learning to read and write at 4yo, along with many other great useful skills! We are very happy we changed ABA companies!
