This company is a scam. and then some! My autistic child would've been better off watching paint dry than dealing with ALP. They can't keep any staff, so you will go MONTHSSSS at a time without any techs assigned to your child. Because of that, we dropped ALP in February 2023 and I've been on a payment plan since then for my final balance owed after insurance. Tell me HOW 17 months later (by now I've paid a total of $2000 on my payment plan), I just received an August 2024 invoice showing a balance only $400 less than the final bill that the payment plan was originated from???? ALP gladly auto drafts my money every month, but they don't send invoices every month and the invoices they do send are missing any reference to the payments I've made. Just do yourself a favor and stay as far away from ALP as possible. They aren't worth the headache, which is somehow even worse AFTER you've fired them from your care team. ALP only cares about getting money from desperate families and their insurance companies, because they know there are barely any ABA companies in NC. Autism families go through SO much, and we don't deserve to have to put up with horrible companies like ALP too.
