Ive been seeing Jessica for my baby’s physical therapy and she’s been amazing. She’s super professional and you can tell she is very knowledgeable . She genuinely loves working with babies and she’s always patient, gentle, and really sweet with my baby. I’ve already seen a lot of improvement in just three sessions, which has been incredible. Every session feels fresh because she always brings new materials or tries different exercises to keep things fun and engaging.

Our family has done speech and physical therapy with multiple therapists, and we only have great things to say about our entire experience with Aveanna. From the therapists to evaluators and coordinators, everyone has been wonderful! A big shout out to Megan P and Aimee who were our speech and physical therapists. Both of these women have been incredible. Thank you thank you to the entire team!

My son Jaxson has been with Aveanna since he was 3 y/o. We moved to Richmond almost 2 years ago and have been at this location ever since! Elizabeth in OT and Staci in speech not only have helped my son progress but also teach me tools and strategies for him as well! Every week he is so excited for “Therapy Day”! Thank you to you all for giving my boy more confidence and treating us like family. ❤️

My daughter has been receiving care at the Aveanna clinic for the past two years, but she’s been working with her physical therapist, Brennan, for nearly five years. Brennan has been truly exceptional. She provides detailed updates after each session on her progress towards her goals and things we can work on. It is clear she genuinely cares about my daughter’s progress and growth. My daughter can be difficult to motivate at times, but Brennan always finds creative and effective ways to keep her engaged. We’re so grateful for Brennan and Aveanna!

We have been with Aveanna for 9 years and have used their Physical therapy and Speech therapy services. They are great, when I had two children in at once, the therapists coordinated with one another so both my children could be seen at the same time so I wasn’t making multiple trips to Richmond. They also go above and beyond when it comes to fighting the insurance companies when they deny services.

Our family has been using Aveanna (formerly Rehabilitation Associates) for almost 8 years! All of the therapists we’ve had over the years have been phenomenal. It’s a warm, welcoming environment. My son actually gets excited to go to see his favorite people and everyone knows him by name, even front desk staff. They truly value the parents input and it feels collaborative, like everyone’s a team. I recommend them to anyone looking for therapies for their babies! !

They hire a OT that is horrible at communicating with client and their parents. The PT was alright and my son loved Ms Emily for ST. They are all very bad at communicating and their policy they broke and penalized my son for it. I look forward to going somewhere else that will actually provide all the services he needs.

"Disappointing experience with We were told there were openings for therapy sessions, but after investing time and effort, we found out it wasn't true. This lack of transparency and miscommunication wasted our time and caused unnecessary stress. We were looking forward to starting therapy, and it's unfortunate that the center didn't accurately represent their availability.

Horrible and I mean horrible experience. This agency was recommended too me, and I was told they were amazing .. Well that’s far from my experience. Manger comes and talks too you and explains everything . Great, but forget too tell you that your CHILD is on a waiting list . Why not mention that before , or at the meet and greet? Oh I know why. My child is just another check or bill. Needless too say it’s been over three weeks and can’t find nurses . I find that ironic , because there competitors had my child nurses with in four businesses days . Do your research and don’t be like me . Ask them these questions before you sign the contract. I waited a month just too look for another competitor , because there always in meetings and never return your call back. But hey if it’s money, insurance they answer quick . Basically yes will take your child , and they will get the care they need. You just gotta wait two months so we can staff.

We have been attending PT, OT, and speech therapy here for 9 years. I have never had an issue with staff or therapist. Everyone is always very friendly and supportive. The front desk staff has been extremely helpful, supportive, and friendly more so recently. We have developed a family within. There are really no complaints I can make.
