I love this place .. walked in without a tour appointment and was given a tour . When I walked in you can hear the RBT’s interacting with the children individually. It’s clean ! That was a big one for me . And they help with potty training. Everyone was so nice and the supervisor very caring and genuine. They do have speech therapy here which is big plus since my baby has a speech delay and there working on getting OT. My daughter felt very comfortable. It felt very much like a school which is also a big plus for me b/c after visiting another aba center that felt more like it was a daycare than it was a center to help children needing therapy services this was a breath of fresh air and it was very nice inside and also surprisingly big!! the pics don’t do show the full thing.
Loved Halloween festival this year..I just wish there would have had at least 15 office doors open so that children could explore more..I’m sure if you would have had parents volunteers, like myself, who come from special needs would have helped people not just wait around the halls and created more flow of people in and out.
Parents of autistic and non-verbal kids: please read this. I enrolled my daughter at Behavior Frontiers and within less than two weeks, I witnessed major red flags. Despite me providing flashcards, cheat sheets, and constant communication, they failed my child. I gave them the tools, the knowledge — and they ignored it. I had to remind staff of things they should’ve already known. It felt like no one was doing their job. Here’s what happened: • Staff called out twice during her first six days — no consistency. • I was denied access when I tried to drop in — no warning. • My daughter was changed into a diaper that breaks her skin — without calling me. • She came home with dried snot all over her face. • No one told me she was freezing during pickup until I saw her myself. • Her backpack had diapers — staff said she had none. • She showed signs of distress and didn’t eat — I found out at pickup. • They allow boys and girls to use the restroom together — no privacy. • All communication was one-sided. I live 10 mins away. A call could’ve fixed things. This experience was devastating. I did my best. I supported their team. I stayed professional. I trusted them with my non-verbal child. And still — my daughter suffered. If you’re considering this center, I urge you to look deeper. The front desk receptionists and supervisors Matt and Damien were kind, and some of the RBTs were decent. But kindness means nothing when the structure behind them is careless. My child’s basic needs were ignored. This was supposed to be a place for support. Instead, it was a lesson in how badly things can go wrong when people don’t care enough.
I’m more than satisfied with Behavior Frontiers my twins have been in the program for two years now. They have improved not just in their behavior but also they made a lot of progress with their social skills. Thank you to all the staff and therapists that put in the hard work to work with us parents and also our children. Behaviors Frontiers also have a lot experienced therapist which makes the process easier and they have a great communication and professionalism. Thank you for all the support and helping making our daily life better by teaching our children how to cope with daily life challenges and changes.
Behavior Frontiers is just amazing! All the therapists are wonderful! Special shoutout to Reyna, Cindy, and Karina, who genuinely care about the children and go above and beyond to help them reach their full potential. They thoughtfully track each child’s progress and kindly keep parents updated along the way. Thanks to their dedication and care, our little one has been making incredible progress in so many different aspects. She absolutely loves coming to the clinic to work with her loving therapists! The entire staff and management team (Sue, M.J., and Alejandra) are super friendly, supportive, and truly dedicated to making a positive difference. We are so grateful for all that they do! Highly, highly recommended!
A truly caring and supportive ABA center ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Behavior Frontiers has truly been a blessing for our family. Mj at the front desk is always kind and welcoming every time we come in. Our former case manager Orlando was amazing with communication and care, and our new case manager Savannah has stepped right in and continues to go above and beyond to make sure our kids get the support they need. Our BTs, Shenelle and Torri, have built such strong, loving bonds with our twins. Their patience, creativity, and dedication have made a huge difference. All of the staff at the center are kind and supportive, and we’ve seen incredible progress since our kids started here in 2022. We’re so thankful for everything the team has done for our family.
My son has been in behavior frontiers for 6 months now and both him and I love this center so much ! I have seen so much progress and improvement in his behavior! He has learned so much other things as well. I love his BT’s and the staff at the center! They are all so nice and polite. I love how they give me a report everyday on what my child has accomplished and needs improvement on. He loves coming to his sessions everyday (:
We’ve been attending Behavior Frontiers since June. My son started when he was two, and he is now three. He has an autism diagnosis and a global developmental delay. When we began, he was only saying about three words a week, he didn’t point, and he rarely engaged with others. Since starting ABA therapy, the progress has been incredible. He now points, uses his AAC device, and speaks words and short sentences daily—a huge milestone for him. He is also doing many of the same things as his peers that he previously struggled with. The team at Behavior Frontiers has been amazing. They collaborate closely with his speech and occupational therapists, and they’ve gone above and beyond to support his sensory and feeding needs. Their patience, dedication, and genuine care mean so much to our family. This work isn’t easy, but they do it with such compassion. We are so thankful for everything they’ve done for our son.
My son comes here on Saturdays our center is on Chicago down the street near the train tracks. I love the stuff so much his teachers are amazing the stuff is amazing. From when I first dropped him off until today I see such a big improvement in my child. He talks so much that’s a big help to Mel and Ari and his new bts as well.
