Do not waste your time with this company. I read the prior reviews and still decided to give them a chance. First they told me they require a minimum number of hours to accept your child which is a red flag as there's no way they know how many hours of therapy your child needs prior to doing an evaluation with the child and no idea what insurance will approve. Second they scheduled my child's intake and I took off work for the day only to be told 1 hour before the person was supposed to be at my house that "we just found out the person doing the eval no longer works for our company". It took almost 2 weeks to reschedule then a week before this evaluation I receive an email from the person scheduled saying she's on vacation that week and can't do it. Very unprofessional overall.

This company was a waste of time and wasn’t upfront with expected requirements. My son is on the spectrum. Back around May of this year I apply for ABA therapy with this company. I worked with a lady “case manager” Jacenta. She also goes by Jessie. She explains to me how they are about to have an opening around June. So I send over all my insurance information and completed intake etc. I very specifically let her know how hard I worked to get my son in school. I was fully transparent that he was in school. He has a few half days and he also does speech. I let her know I mainly wanted someone who would come in the evenings after school and weekends. Well finally we get around to August she sends me more paperwork of a tone of questionnaires I have to complete. I had to submit and upload my son’s diagnosis, and any other documents they needed , IEP etc. So moving into September we had a virtual call. I even introduced her in email to my son’s teacher and speech therapist. Things seem to be on the right track she’s letting me know there’s a home evaluation for in person. She needs close to 2hrs. So now we are at the evaluation. One, she shows up late to my home, she gets there we discuss availability I let her know I have 3 kids I could do approximately 15hrs, she has her laptop pulled out while communicating with her boss. She says well we believe insurance requires 20hrs and also we’ll assign you an unlicensed therapist who we we’ll train. So I proceeded to ask like what that meant how many yrs experience did they have etc. She lets me know little to none. So let’s say she stayed at my home for about 40min tells me she’s done and will let me know something in approximately 2weeks. So I get an email saying my son is denied and they will close his case because based on his evaluation they need 30hrs a week. I was so upset! They literally played in my face. I said well you couldn’t of told me there were potential requirements of hours that needed to be met back in May/June. She literally wasted 5 months of my time and my son’s time. She was very unprofessional. She kept taking my son’s father off of the email chain so he couldn’t see the communications. You literally work with Autistic Families every day for a living and it never dawned on you to mention when I told you my son went to school that there was a possibility that certain hours would be required based on the final report. Did she not even read his file??? I have yet to hear from a supervisor after I’ve reached out. So please BEWARE! They are out for the insurance money.

I asked my insurance to match my kido with your clinic but you declined ☹️

The new center is open and I checked it out during its grand opening! There were a lot of parents who came and brought their kid in to take a look and they all looked very impressed, asking for more details right there on the spot. There is plenty of space for children to move around, everything is neat and tidy, and a lot of toys children can play with! The staff are very friendly and always responds to any questions, not to mention enthusiastically interacting with the children! That’s my favorite part. Anyway, if your kid needs ABA treatment, I do recommend checking this place out! It probably is THE place your looking for to get support!

I felt a level of discrimination and unprofessional conduct but tried to turn it around as if I had done something wrong when I didn’t! I would definitely not recommend!

This company was a huge disappointment. In spring of 2021 I contacted them. The initial therapist came out and made huge promises and told us after an observation or two they would develop a plan and strategies to help my son. She seemed very knowledgeable and had a few great ideas. We never saw her again. In fact, we often didn’t see the same person for more than a few visits. This is not the consistency someone with Autism needs. After weeks of visits from the "therapists", they still hadn't done anything with my son. They’d come to the house and just watched him play video games for the hours they were there. I canceled their services after voicing my concerns and moved forward with another providers service. Then, almost 2 full years since canceling their services and they email saying we owe 3k and have 10 days before they'll send me to collections? Did they contact my insurance before start of service? Yes. Did they give me an idea of costs beforehand? Absolutely. The money is not the issue. I agreed to pay and I have. My child is worth millions more to me. But they did not deliver any part of what their program claims. Agree with other reviews waste of time and money. Do Not Use.
