Negative 20!! Every parent should review their insurance billing for service reimbursement. SHADY company! You shine light on their sketchy reimbursement claims or question them on billing for services never rendered, they will drop you…even when service was constantly deferred! Parents beware!! BIA does not care about our precious autistic angels. BIA only cares about money money money! Find another ABA company that cares!!
This place deserves zero stars. They refuse to allow out children to have a normal childhood and attend preschool to kindergarten. They flat out refuse to allow them to go to school. They state that our children by law don’t have to attend school until 6yrs old so they will not accommodate them going to preschool-kindergarten. That is not up to a center to decide if my child will go or not, it’s up to me, and I will not choose a center over my child being able to have an the experience like every other child. They told me that they wouldn’t even bother starting a case for my little if I was going to send to school. This center is cruel and heartless ASD children. Run the other way and don’t look at this center, they just want the money and hours. Could careless that they are robing our children out of experiencing school like every other child. Our ASD kids already have had to go through so much with having to attend so many therapies, programs to be robed even more. Shame on you BIA! Also hire someone to answer phones that is not condensing, rude, and could care less that our ASD children need help.
BIA has been amazing. Their communication is great, all the people who work here are absolutely amazing! My daughter has medi-cal and there was no issues.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My experience with trying to get my son, with severe Autism, services was horrible from the beginning. They discriminated against him for having Medi-cal and when it came time to help solve insurance issues the staff implied they wouldn’t provide services unless they knew the visit was going to get paid out (I have the email chain to prove it). My son was denied services and they sent us on our way. I am talking to lawyer about how we were treated and I am in the process of filing a formal complaint.
