Our 9 year old son has been attending BlueSprig Raleigh for 3 years and I genuinely do not know what our family would have done without them. We were actually at two other ABA clinics before BlueSprig, and that experience showed us just how professional and well-run this clinic is. The staff does an incredible job keeping you informed about your child's progress, how they are doing well and areas where they need extra attention. The staff are knowledgeable, compassionate, and flexible. I always feel listened to and my concerns addressed. My son is in the severe autism category - and he genuinely loves going each day. If you're considering ABA therapy, I'd encourage you to ask lots of questions upfront about how the therapy works, what to expect day-to-day, and how the clinic handles transitions and staffing. The staff at BlueSprig will always be happy to spend as much time as you need talking with you and helping you feel confident in your child's therapy. Understanding the process helped us feel more confident and partnered with the team. Like many kids starting ABA, my son had an adjustment period, but the staff worked with us closely during that time. Three years later, the progress has been life-changing for our whole family. I wholeheartedly recommend BlueSprig Raleigh to families navigating autism treatment.
Everyone seem nice and I can say he learned a lot of different things while he was there!!! The down side is Poor communication, last minute communication!!! My non verbal almost 3 yr old toddler has had 8 to 9 different RBT’s within the 2 months he attended! There was no communication to let me know what’s going on. This is something I had to figure out on my own when I noticed my son all of a sudden not wanting to go there anymore. He is a super calm toddler so I know when it has been a change. I’ve had a RBT mix my toddler food all together in one bag and sent it home literally something a DOG would eat. New hire RBT’s clearly don’t shadow long enough because the newly RBT was lost and you could tell the RBT wasn’t experienced and no one was near by to help the new RBT transition my son. There was days where I got no report on my son, his bags was just handed to me at the end of the day. I felt like my toddler was being used as a guinea pig for the center because he was the only one I seen with a different RBT every other day. You don’t get introduced to the RBT’s. I can’t even remember none of their names that’s how much they changed his RBTs around so imagine how my son felt being with a different person everyday. As an ABA center this is something they should know about autistic kids, I don’t mind my toddler changing RBTs but constantly like clock work is NOT the way to go with my toddler. It’s overwhelming for me and definitely for him. This should be something gradually done. They need a better plan!!!!! I could go on but for the most part this is my honest review. My son will no longer be going here. He hates it, he even said “Thank You” to the front desk lady when she brung his food items to the front so we could hurry up and leave out that place for good.
This is a great place for Aba my kids love it and they do a good job really be in tune with your personal concerns
Our daughter loves this place. Everyone is very friendly and very charismatic with children. You'll always find a smile there.
My son loves going to bluesprig he’s 4 years old with level 2 autism he’s been coming here for a few months and his speech and behavior has improved so much since he’s started. The staff is really supportive and sweet with the kids you can tell they really care for the kiddos. I would like to mention Mrs. Brandy is especially wonderful with them. Grateful for the staff here.
