Brightside ABA

I’m very happy to meet Brightside ABA. My child has been receiving therapy for 2 months . I can see the difference from now to the beginning of therapy . Our therapist is doing her job amazing . My child is now able to tell some words and sentences. He is more socialized now. I am very thankful to Brightside ABA team.

This place is amazing!! Every person was energetic, welcoming, passionate, understanding, and accommodating to my child’s needs. Alexis always put a smile on my child’s face and always adapted and accommodated in order to meet his goals. Even after relocating to a different state my child asks for her and misses the “school” as he says. Alexis felt like family and as a parent with special needs, we couldn’t ask for more!

As of this review, two of my children have been receiving services provided by Brightside and I am very pleased with the experience so far. Correspondence is prompt, I never have to wait long for return calls, and any last minute adjustments/requests have been handled with the upmost professionalism. The only snags in the process so far have been related to personal scheduling conflicts with therapists themselves, because everyone is human at the end of the day and sometimes meetings just can't happen. They also provide sessions late into the evening (7:30pm M-F for us) and that is just a major plus for our family. I would wholeheartedly recommend them, especially to families new to ABA services. Special shoutout to Emily, Jasmin and Esther dealing with our super specific scheduling requests.

I can’t say enough great things about the incredible team working with my son. Alexandra and Emily truly go above and beyond in their dedication to his progress. From the start, they tailored their interventions to his specific needs, always providing personalized support that fosters his growth. What really sets them apart is their commitment—they don’t just follow protocols; they take the time to connect with him, building trust and creating a safe, comfortable environment for him to learn. They’re consistently assessing his development and adapting strategies to ensure his success at every stage. Plus, they work closely with our family, ensuring we’re all on the same page to maintain consistency across all settings. Their unwavering dedication, patience, and expertise have made such a meaningful difference in my son’s life, helping him achieve milestones and develop essential skills. I’m incredibly grateful for everything they’ve done!

When you are the parent of a child who has extra needs, you can only hope to find help from people who will love your child like you do-the staff at Brightside ABA are those people. I truly feel that this is more than just a job to them-they genuinely want to help our children. The RBT’s and BCBA’s that we have had the pleasure to work with have changed our lives-they have helped my son on so many levels. Their communication is pretty top tier-they like to communicate to you about everything, which I love. I sincerely cannot say enough amazing things about this place or give it a higher recommendation. If you’re considering ABA for your child, and are reading this review, take this advice from your new internet bestie and call them and get on their schedule. You won’t regret it ❤️

This facility has been nothing short of amazing for my son. The communication with the therapists and what they are working on with him has been such a big help in how I navigate with him in my parenting. They have been so helpful and I noticed a big change in my son within 6 months of him being there. Highly recommended and extremely pleased with the services. Major kudos to Patty! Words cannot explain how patient, compassionate, and overall amazing she has been not just with my son but with me as well.

Outstanding Therapy Center for kids – Highly Recommend! We highly recommend this ABA therapy center! Our 4-year-old son has shown remarkable progress, particularly in behavioral and speech development, since starting therapy here. The staff is incredible—so kind, accommodating, and genuinely invested in each child’s success. Special recognition to Carissa and Alexis, who are doing an absolutely fabulous job. We love the monthly periodic reviews where we discuss our son’s progress, game plans, and areas of improvement. The team truly keeps both parents and kids in mind when designing strategies and approaches, ensuring they are thoughtful and personalized. What sets this center apart is their proactive initiative to provide therapy at our son’s daycare, demonstrating their commitment to collaboration and flexibility. They are also prompt and professional in their communication, making the process seamless and stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with the care and dedication of this amazing team. Kudos to everyone for the outstanding work you do—you’re making a real difference in kids’ lives, and we deeply appreciate it!

The therapist working with our son has been absolutely phenomenal! We've seen such incredible progress over the past few months. Our son is now much more attentive and responsive, and he’s even going to the bathroom on his own and eating chicken—things we never thought would happen so soon. We’re beyond grateful to have such an amazing therapist working with our son. Highly recommend!

Brightside is the best! We had a wonderful experience (after several bad experiences in South Carolina). We were hesitant to try ABA again- but our BCBA Emily truly has the most neurodivergent affirming practices (even more so than most OT and SLP we have worked with in the past). Emily is patient, kind, flexible, intelligent and knowledgeable with the latest research- as well as being truly child lead. She helped advocate for us during our son’s last IEP meeting. Esther was very communicative and made the administrative/insurance side of things a breeze. I would recommend Brightside to any family that needs help!

You will get charged for nothing. It does not help. The therapists do not care. I got double billed after 7months and they don't help. Do not use this service if your insurance does not fully cover mental health.
