The administration and staff at Brightstone Transitions are amazing Humans that do so much good for the clients and families they serve. This program understands neurodiversity deeply and the empathy and love they put forth in coaching every client and meeting them exactly where they are is astounding! Tim McMann is a hands-on owner and founder and leads a top notch team of clinicians and mentors. If you were a loved, one are struggling with the challenges of young adulthood along with the complexity of neurodiversity then look no further for support than Brightstone Transitions!

Lack of communication straight up. Irresponsible owner Tim cuts off power to many houses after a company split occurred. There was no communication between the two companies. Many clients are without power. Do not send you loved ones here unless you like lack of communication.

Wow - what great facility. I had the privilege of meeting Tim - the founder- and hearing his story of how Brightstone began - his passion to help others is truly amazing.

I am currently a client here and have been for 5 years and I am probably going to receive some back lash for this but here it goes brightstone transitions is a complete joke I have have seen first hand how they work and it is sickening the staff have no accountability they love to cater to the issues that the c lient has I am just recently receiving a talk after 5 horrible years about 3rd phase and they have made every excuse in the book to keep me in 2nd phase

My young adult son is in his second year at Brightstone Transitions, having completed Phase I and approaching transition from Phase II (Launch Pad) to Phase III (essentially independent living with services appropriate for him). His diagnosis of Level I Autism with coexisting diagnoses came after he completed high school. Unfortunately, there are very few effective services available after high school graduation. He struggled in many ways, which, as his Mother, it was heartbreaking. After researching numerous options, Brightstone's residential program seemed right for my son - and it has been amazing! The program is so comprehensive - from individual coaching and counseling to group sessions appropriate for young men and/or women. Most important is the fact that Brightstone teaches life skills - and holds residents accountable in a positive way. My son has learned to cook his favorite dishes (and some new ones), participate in volunteer work, and relate more effectively to other people, whether they are neurodiverse or neurotypical. An important part of the Brightstone Transitions program has been weekly conferences with my son's case manager(s). This has proven to be both helpful and allows us to work as a team - whether it's coaching my son on a specific life skill or supporting him through life challenges that previously seemed insurmountable. My son has matured in ways that I never dreamed possible. He is sociable, holds steady employment, and has such a positive outlook on life. His path toward a full and happy adulthood is now a reality - and for that - I am forever grateful to the professionals at Brightstone Transitions.
