CBT Counseling Centers

I wish I'd never given this practice a try. Their billing is system is completely screwed up. They kept billing me even though my workplace was footing the bill. I had to keep calling and telling them to remove the invoice. Soon as they take it off a new one would pop up. I finally said, just close my account. Today I got an invoice. From SIX MONTHS AGO during and yes, the service was still free!!! Not to mention you have to redo all your paperwork every appointment. Do NOT sign up. Their billing system is JACKED up and I think they'll still keep randomly billing me for the next 4 years for 3 free sessions for me to have to keep calling and saying take it off. Also, just to show you how top tier this company is, I tried to call the number on the bottom of my bill, it connected to an old school sexy line. Just trash. STAY AWAY

Do not wait time with this clinic. All they need is your money. The staffs is not friendly. Should get zero start. They do not care what you say. All about they care that you have money to pay them. Stay away this service. Many good out there.
