When we first started ABA I was very concerned. I had heard horror stories of how autistic kids were treated in ABA. All those fears went away once we started working with Daniel. Daniel was fun, kind and patient and very quickly formed a strong bond with Jasper. That bond became the foundation for all of Jaspers growth. Jaspers ability to communicate and navigate the world have both increased 10 fold and that’s because of Daniel! Dad and I will never be able to thank Daniel enough for what he’s done for our son. We’re so incredibly grateful for all Daniel has done for Jasper.

Change with ABA ( Mrs. Pooja) is one of the best thing happened to my son. It’s just 6 months with Change with ABA and we love the services and my son has improved a lot. Ms. Pooja is a wonderful human being and very supportive in all the matter, she always ensures that my child is progressing and developing new skills. We are new to this and we didn’t know many things until I met Pooja. She helped us with IEP’s and finding an advocate ( who doesn’t charge 😊)., because of her we were able to get OT, BT services from school. My son is a visual learners, they get so many materials for the session however I haven’t seen these things with my previous provider. We moved back to USA in 2023 from India in hoping to have some miracle with help of ABA. However my previous provider was more interested in billing my insurance rather than my son’s progress. We waited long time to start the services and the services felt like baby sitting. At Change with ABA, we always have positive experiences and support from front desk ( Ms. Asfiya is very nice and friendly person) and supervisors ( Caleb , very cooperative and supportive) and BT ( Cynthia and Kristen). Highly recommend them.

My daughter has been attending this center for over three years now, and she has came a long way. All the staff is super attentive to the children, and it’s so easy to communicate with all of them.

It’s been about 6 months now, and I truly feel that Change with Aba has benefited my child and family. My son is 5 years old and has been attending weekly sessions with Pooja. He absolutely loves his therapist and he is always so excited for the fun learning environment. He loves all the playrooms they have, and I’m so happy he enjoys coming here. One thing I do wish, is that they will open a 2nd center closer to me. We have to drive about 45 minutes here, but its worth it :)

My 1 star review is for a couple reasons. 1. My son had Sylvia at least once a week. 1 week my son was dropped off and as the door was closing my son started to cry, and she stated "your already starting with this" super unprofessional and I didn't even feel comfortable bringing this up with pooja or stephanie from the front desk because I didn't want my child to start receiving different treatment. 2. Dayanara informed me she would set up a parent training via email. I never received an email from her so after about 2 weeks I mentioned it to Stephanie and she said she would let Day know. I also emailed her and she emailed me back. On a different occasion Dayanara stated she would set up our second parent training and tried arguing with my husband that she had the correct email. And the Front Stephanie had stated my email was missing numbers. Dayanara didn't apologize nor acknowledge that she had the incorrect email. 3. Stephanie the therapist was great. My son loved her, one day she quit and I was told they were short handed and we would have to keep my son home for about 1 week and I would be given a call back when they had a new therapist ready for my son. After our second parent meeting Dayanara stated stephany would be contacting us that week to get my son back in the center. But there was 0 communication from the center about what was going on so after 3 weeks I decided it was in my sons best interest to find a center that would better accommodate us. I sent an email to pooja stating I was taking my son out because we want my child to reach his goals. And there was no urgency to get him back in. And her response was "I respect your decision. Getting ****** support has been a priority for us and the reason you did not see urgency is because you don't get to see all the work and training required from our side to pair him with the right therapist given the nature of his behaviors. He does not benefit from any new therapist and he does not respond to new changes so we wanted to be very careful that we don't just add anyone and then change them later, that does way more damage than support in the. long run - given our experience and the concerns shared both at home and observed at the center, we wanted to pair him up with a supervisor level BT. Day was going to email you tomorrow to have him started on Monday. It's unfortunate but I respect your decision and accept the withdrawal." I don't understand how it took me emailing them for minimum communication. On top of that, this message felt very degrading. I decided not to respond, I was not even going to leave a review but I received a claim form in the mail. My insurance was billed from March 1st to March 14th and my son has not attended since February 16. I had to call my insurance just to get this resolved. I would never recommend anyone to come here. *Please consider Poojas response when thinking about sending your child here. I simply wanted to leave my experience for others to know and once again she is making excuses for there lack of accountability and communication. I did not come on here to receive an argumentative response. A simple "I am sorry you feel that way" would have sufficed.
