My son’s doctor sent a referral to you guys 12/19/24. I have Done the paperwork that was required and now EVERY TIME I call to check status I’m being given the run around saying the person who is in charge had an emergency and is on leave. Is there not someone else in charge or has this person just left a bunch of employees who don’t know how to run the place properly in charge ? My son is autistic and has a lot of behavioral problems and is supposed to start kindergarten this upcoming school year and this has caused grief. Yesterday when I called yet again I told the girl who answered that I was awaiting on insurance approval and without even asking the patients name or anything she told me it wasn’t approved. She then went on to tell me that there’s not much they can do since their supervisor is never at work. And How would they know if it was approved without even asking me my name or for any information at all at that ? I want to speak to someone in charge ASAP !

When we first started with coastal we had a amazing experience and happy with the progress our child was making. Towards our end with coastal, we had two children that attended. After a incident I reached out to the director to seek video footage and was denied the right to see it and then was told it was deleted. Some of the staff was super friendly, but there was favoritism in my option as one was related to the director. This was back in 2020 so hopefully since the staff has changed and others will see the positive we once saw.

The staff is very caring and willing to keep lines of communication open with parents. My disappointment came when they started reporting issues my daughter was having and asking me to do something about them. I was under the impression that that was why I had enrolled her there. When all was said and done, they had not helped her to any significant degree. I've done better working with her on her life & social skills.
