Compass is no longer the previous compass that I had been known and had great services. Now They do not keep their promises to provide clinician and their service worst ever.
We worked with a few Coaches/therapist. But this last time we had the pleasure of having Ragine Stevenson come into of home as our family coach. She was very knowledgeable took different approach to get the best results even through the tough times. She has gone above and and beyond you help and guide or family and even after services were completed she still checks in and is willing to help with anything. We are grateful and if needed again won't hesitate to reach out for her services

Her holistic approach to his treatment plan takes everything into account, ensuring his emotional, mental, and physical needs are met. She has even accompanied us to medication management appointments, school meetings, and therapy sessions, ensuring continuity and thorough care. Ragine is truly a remarkable clinician, and we are so grateful for her dedication.
The diagnosis I was given did not align with my test results for some reason??? It's so ironic how I went in to get tested in hopes that I'd be seen and understood by someone who was qualified to do so, but I was absolutely misdiagnosed. I've already recieved a second opinion (one that I happily paid for, unlike the one through Compass) and not only was it SO relieving to hear my results (that I've done years of research and had been told by multiple different counselors/therapists that they thought I had the diagnosis I thought as well) but I actually felt UNDERSTOOD.
If I could leave an infinity star review I would for this company my experience with them and their staff has been amazing they are amazing with my son I love them so much from the beginning they have went above and beyond for him and our family and it truly means the world to us if you need this type of service for your child I highly recommend this company they are the best !!!!
If you have mrs. Hope as your BCBA and any of her technicians you will be in wonderful hands. I have been pleased with this company from the beginning to the end in our in home treatment plan.
I wish that I could give 0 stars to this company. My husband was tested and diagnosis with Autism by Dr. Prince in February of this year. He went through his job to get accommodations for this. Sent the form in to her directly when he received them for her to fill out and return to his Case Manager. It is now August and she has STILL NOT returned his forms and is ignoring his phone calls and emails. He went to the practice in person spoke with her on a Friday and she said she would have it done by end of business and would email him when done. That was a month ago and still NOTHING! We sent an urgent request to the office he was told she was spoken to and was advised that it was an urgent matter and if not done within a week to reach back in which he did still nothing! My husband went to the office today 08/14/23 and "allegedly" she isn't there. How convenient? I am sure they are lying to cover for her because now this can potentially impact his job which she is well aware of. It is a true shame that this practice is taking advantage of someone with a disability. As I have already advised them I will be seeking legal action. Avoid this office at all cost! It is very difficult to find a office that will do the psychological testing and this whole experience has been a complete nightmare! I would not recommend anyone to go to this office ever!
I am very disturbed with everything that we endured during the entire process of trying to get my daughter tested for Autism. First, we were told that they take our insurance and almost one month before the scheduled appointment the story changed and they no longer accepted our insurance. They offered a self pay option that I reluctantly agreed too. Secondly, I filled out an entire packet of documents that they mailed to me. Once I mailed it back, I was told that they never received that packet and I wasn't told this information until one hour before the scheduled virtual intake appointment so it was ZERO time to fix the mistake or re-do the paperwork. Lastly, on the day of the scheduled test for my daughter in which my husband and I called out of work to ensure we would be there. In route to the office being less than thirty minutes to the office in which we live over an hour away I received a phone call saying that she needed to re-schedule the appointment because of her daughter. It was no acceptable apology given for this inconvenience. I am very upset about the entire process, every single time we would get closer there would be another problem or issue we would have to navigate and its completely unacceptable due to it being about children with special needs. I would NOT recommend this place at all.
Counselors are always late and don’t show. Even so, when they are they don’t communicate that they will be late. When they do actually arrive they don’t perform the services that they are expected to perform, such as counseling etc. they will just let you child do whatever that’s not related to the session, it is so much so that it feels as if they are just checking off that they have been to the session just to get a check. I will be reaching out to corporate right after this assessment. It is deplorable how the counselors and mentors, again I say, it is deplorable how the counselors and mentors are unprofessional. You guys need to revamp the entire staff and debrief them on professional and how to carry out their professional duties on a day to day basis. Im also going to complain to the BBB.
The testing was okay. Everything else was unorganized. Billing was handled extremely poorly, nobody mentioned a payment until the day of the results and then the results were basically held until I made the payment, even there there was no invoice provided. They don’t mention anything at all about payment, which leads clients to believe that they will run the insurance and bill you for whatever insurance doesn’t cover. It’s fine if that isnt their practice, they just aren’t upfront about it. And to have someone sitting in front of you on the day that you are waiting to receive diagnosis and very clumsily trying to address billing that should have been addressed far earlier is poor in taste. It has taken almost two weeks to get a clear explanation from them on why I was overcharged. And now I’m waiting for them to tell me when I will receive a refund. Very disappointed with this part of their service.
