Compleat KiDZ - Pediatric Therapy

Spent about 10 minutes on the phone because we had not heard any thing from them on a referral sent from our pediatrician. I was disconnected and transferred around multiple times. When I finally got to the correct person, the excuse given on why we had not heard anything was because they do not have an OT therapist on staff and that’s what we were referred for. And once they got one, hopefully in the next 3 to 6 months we would be contacted. With the lack of knowledge and skills from just calling in and not having the doctor own staff, it’s an immediate no for us. We’ve already contacted the pediatrician back for a different referral and this experience.

We aren’t fully signed up yet but so far these people are great! We got referred there a few days ago and have already been called and walked through everything they offer and it’s amazing! We already have an appointment set up to get the process started and look forward to getting the help our son needs!

Cathryn has been my son’s speech therapist for almost a year. When we first started to see her he would hide under the chair and would not even try to talk or learn. Over this past year I have watched my son bloom. He speaks more and has become more confident and happy because of it. She goes above and beyond for each child in her care. She will try different methods to find something catered to the child that helps them excel but also have fun doing it. If you are looking for a speech therapist who will make a HUGE difference and improvement in your child’s life you should talk about getting in to see Cathryn. I am thankful everyday for all she does for my son and me to give us the tools to better his future. Thank you Cathryn!

I can not say enough about this place, they are WONDERFUL! Every staff member there was nice, courteous and always helpful! My son saw Miss Bailey for OT and she was amazing! My son has a hard time with new doctors but was super comfortable with her from the start! We just finished our last session with her and we will miss her so much! I HIGHLY recommend this place!

I would rate this place a 1/5. They tell you that learners have to attend 90 percent of there schedule therapies but cancel learners appointments once week. When you try to comprise with them they say “ this isn’t a babysitter” I’m a full time student and part-time worker. Nobody can afford to continually call out because there understaff. They also change RBT everyday. Your child will not have the same RBT. I tried getting my child transferred to a different ABA therapy. The immediately reached out and said they were only short staffed due to staff being sick. That isn’t the case the accept to many learners. They don’t have the staff to accommodate these children!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would this establishment is terrible and should not be in business and they do not follow any health care protocols or care about autistic kids who should be cared for with compassion and love. My daughter fell several times and hit her head and no incident report was given to me nor was documented at the time that it was completed. I was lied to several times saying that their printer was not working and when given what was supposed to be an incident report, it was basically just a word document that they created and printed off themselves. The communication and professional is at an all time low, I have even spoken with the office Manager Tatyana who claimed that she was not aware of these things and still did not provide me with necessary documents when I asked. My daughter started picking up bad habits like spitting and hitting and I had to temporarily remove her to improve the behaviors myself. I was contacted in December about bringing her back today 1/9 via text message and when I called this morning, no one was aware of who had reached out to me and told me that they don’t have availability after I have proof that my daughter was supposed to be returning today. As a mother of a disabled child, it breaks my heart that we cannot trust facilities to provide us with a sense of relief when we are already dealing with so much turmoil each day. I do not recommend

My son worked with Bailey and we can’t say enough great things about her! She was patient with him, made him feel listened to and loved, and highly skilled in Occupational therapy! My son has a new level of confidence after “graduating” OT and meeting his goals!

My daughter started here back in January 2024 with weekly sessions for occupational therapy. She was also able to be evaluated for ASD and they took the time to really hear me. Bailey Rudy my daughter’s OT was exceptional, patient, kind, and knowledgeable. My daughter who is usually closed off and shy took to her and her walls came down. She was able to help her with zones of regulation, buttoning and unbuttoning and being able to sit and complete a task among other things. She took the time to get to know my child and helped her. I will miss her services and pray i can find someone like her in the future for my girl.

What a wonderful place! From trusting not a single soul, both my family and I have nothing but great things to say and see at this establishment! The ladies at the front are always friendly and smiling. Everyone else is so friendly, welcoming, and so understanding. The first week I saw a huge change (good) in my daughter and she wants to go every single day, we don’t know every therapist there but everyone we do know seems like miracle workers for children there. Ruchi is my favorite, only because she’s helped not just my daughter but me too with allowing this process for our family’s needs! We love it!
