This office is a mess ! Stephanie is rude she tell lies and tell you all this good stuff and bring you in tell you to call her back then lie about it they have favorites it’s not a good place to work ! And they be rough with those kids I wouldn’t let a dog go there
The lack of communication amongst the ABA program and it's potential clients is concerning. I have had to reach out multiple times and have yet to receive a time frame or resolution TAT. I will continue to update my review as necessary. Update: although the enrollment process was a bit painstaking in terms of the lack of communication, this program has been great to us. Update from 1 star to 5
Like that, if I have any concerns with my child that I can call the office or send a text and they will always get back to me.. I have also noticed that it has impacted my son a lot going to complete kids pediatrics in Burlington a lot. They have help my son speak a little more clear and also with day today task.
They have been so generous and involved in keeping contact with me throughout the time my daughter has been going. Keeping me up to date on events, closings, and any issues that may involve or impact my child.
Our son has been in speech therapy with Ms. Sarah for over 8 months and he has made tremendous progress. From the beginning goals were set after the initial evaluation and the therapy has been focused on his needs. Very professional and effective. We are very pleased with our child’s improvement!
After my daughter's ASD diagnosis, we needed a place for ABA therapy and they opened their Burlington branch just in time! The staff were so great with her. My kiddo went from speaking only a few words to speaking complete sentences in no time. They also worked on staying on-task academically, writing, and social skills. They were also kind enough to sit in on my kiddo's IEP meetings at school. They also share session notes with you via the Kure app so you can keep track of your child's progress. And are responsive to questions. My daughter graduated from her program earlier this year and still talks about her therapists and the little friends she made there. There were lots of happy tears during her graduation. For those with security concerns, they keep the building locked down and do not let anyone in that isn't supposed to be there. They also are quick to chase off anyone loitering. The staff do not play around when it comes to the kiddos' safety.
I love this place I just start bringing my son here. Everyone is so nice. The girl that’s in the front of the office her name is Stephanie she is so sweet and kind and she is willing to help you with anything.. I love her. Thank you to you all for taking care my baby. If you need Theraphy like ABA or speech please call them. They are incredibly and they love your children. Everyone is amazing…
My oldest son goes to CK! There are multiple Therapist at this facility my son is seen by many including Hannah for speech, whom he adores! We have had the privilege to meet some of the most caring and genuine people we have ever met before at this facility. This is not a job for them this Is a place they go because they truly care about children. My son as I assume most of not all others that attend here a neurologically “different” and need more help than the public school system can give to an individual child. The children work one on one and in SMALL group setting. BJ does parent training and has help myself and my husband by guiding us and giving tips. I think for me one of the biggest things that makes this facility unique is they truly try to give each child their individualistic needs and find what works for them best both learning wise and working with their social skills. I never knew how much of a difference somewhere could make. I wish I could brag about everybody at this facility because my family is beyond grateful for them all!
