Went to this provider for a few years before my insurance changed.
I have used the Arlington, VA office of this practice for about 1 year and my child for more than 2 years. The practitioners are terrific and I have had no problems with billing or the office staff. I typically use the patient portal to request prescription refills if needed and have not had any problems. My practitioner has never “stood me up” for an appointment nor has my child’s. I would recommend this practice.
Horrible. They don't refill medications, I never get a call back to schedule appointments, and they are just unreliable. I get partial month refills just so I keep dropping more co-pays. Very poor way to treat your patients.
This business engages in fraudulent billing - they refuse to answer questions about their billing practices. AVOID at all COSTS - their office is unprofessional and provides no value or assistance.
I waited 2 weeks to see the first available Dr. On the day of my appointment I logged on very early… The Dr never showed up. No reason or excuses provided for missing an ONLINE appointment. I’ve been calling to reschedule (yes, I had to reach out not them). Someone picks up the phone but just takes a message. I keep getting told I’ll get a call back but that doesn’t happen. I can’t speak to the billing issues but I can tell you this place is not worth your time.
Has anyone else been able to rectify their bills?! This place is awful. They overcharge for everything, are not clear about their rates, charge MULTIPLE CPT codes, for example: I was only there for medication management (my psychiatrist knew I had a counselor I was seeing weekly for psychotherapy) yet I was still charged for a psychotherapy code! My appointments were scheduled for 30 or 50 minutes, and each one was no longer than 18 minutes - yet I was still charged for the full hour. Trying to discuss and rectify this is nearly impossible as no one answers the phone. Please don't come here.
Sorry to say the reviews are correct. They are extremely unprofessional and don't respond to communication. I emailed them 5 times about my bill and called at least 3 times and no response. I had to literally keep calling one day and bug the receptionist. I had been asking for an updated bill for 3 months. Once I finally spoke with someone from billing, she was very rude and nonchalant about the lack of professionalism. Plus, they charge( 20 or more) for literally every thing (doctor's note, prescription refill etc. ) this place was the only office I could find during Covid and now I understand why. Please please look elsewhere.
I’ve been receiving mental health care for the last 6 years. I’ve been a patient at this office for just over a year. I receive the best care I’ve ever had from this office. I feel listened to, validated, and understood. I NEVER get the feeling of being looked down upon for having a mental health condition like I have been in the past at other places. They listen to my feedback on medications and I am FINALLY on the right medications to manage my symptoms. I receive Telehealth services which is even better. I don’t have to drive in a high traffic area to get quality care.
