Cross River Therapy

This place is a joke. They took over a year to get in touch with me about my daughter. Then when they finally did reach out, they canceled 1 hour before her appointment.

Wonderful company. BCBA staff are open to helping anyone in need. RBT staff provide positive reassurance and learning techniques to implement in different learning environments.

Cross River ABA as a whole sucks royally… the individuals working there some are incredible but others in admin and beyond are so stuck in the fact they think that they know best that their care for children is hindered tremendously!!!!!! We had an RBT, who was fine had some personal issues go on never an issue to our child. Instead of them handling the situation delicately and hiring another before releasing the previous. This company did the opposite leaving our family without the care needed for our child who has started to regress in the progress we fought hard to garner forward for, now we are months into not having an RBT have been lied to for months about hiring a new one and the front office has does nothing but given rehearsed answers instead of telling the truth about whats going on. This company as a whole is not worth the drama lies and disregard in delay of care. Choose elsewhere NOW!!!!!!!!

Had a great experience at cross river therapy .have seen lot of improvement in my child.they have great staff, they make note of all your concerns about your child and they work on it .my daughter got very very attached to her teachers miss treston and miss hailley.they are so kind and supportive.

My grandsons were discharged from CR yesterday after waiting on waiting list for months to get in. Once they began receiving services it was in a substandard facility that is nasty and swarmed with mosquitoes. Over the summer my grandsons’ BCBAs and I spent a great deal of time coordinating services with the school system so that my grandsons could get services in their schools and 2 days before school starts we were discharged because CR can’t squeeze enough Medicaid dollars out of them. Cross River is disgraceful and does NOT care about their vulnerable clients! Disgusting!

Best ABA company! The clinical management and HR are always supportive and understanding. Everyday this company helps me gain more knowledge and love for the field of ABA! I love how involved the company is in the community and how supportive they are of family and employees. I would recommend Cross River Therapy to families in need of help with a family member’s who had Autism, as well as anyone who love to work with kids! because the company goes above and beyond to provide the best services possible. They are also one of the ONLY companies who have a clinic in Nashville and Greenville area, they also provide in home and school/community services!

Overall, a truly amazing place. The staff clearly care for their clients and make it a very hospitable environment to all kids and their families.
